              I ordered two items online from Black and Decker's website on 5/23/24(order #********) I didn't need one item(battery charger), so I refused the package when it arrived. they got the package back on 5/28/24. i emailed them saying i refused the package and need a refund when it arrives back. I have sent several emails, called their 800 number and filed a complaint online as well and get zero response from all.

              I purchased a Compact Dryer (3.5 cu) on 7/7/2024. It arrived on the 9th, used it only two days before it completely stopped working. I checked all the troubleshooting tips and realized I was sold a defective dryer. I contacted customer service to claim the warranty and have only gotten the runarounds. No communication besides an email asking me to send proof of purchase. After sending, I've haven't heard anything or been able to get in contact with anyone. I spent nearly $400 dollars for nothing. Save your money. You would think that Black and Decker values its customers with such steep prices...think again and spend your money elsewhere.
