  In January 2023, BBB contacted Reboot Drip Therapy regarding claims in its advertising.
  
  Its website states "All our ingredients are sourced from accredited compounding pharmacies that are FDA registered outsourcing facilities."  According to the BBB Code of Advertising, the primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertising rests with the advertiser. Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any objective claims or offers made before publication or broadcast. Upon request, they should present such substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or BBB. The business did not provide the requested written documentation in support of these claims. 
  
  Its website and social media pages include many health benefit claims related to the treatments offered at the facility. Below is a sample of some of the health benefit claims in its advertising:

  "Enhance metabolism; strengthen immune system; reduce hangover symptoms; slow signs of aging; reduce pain & muscle cramps; prevents cold and flu; reduces fatigue & stress; reduces hair loss; helps burn fat; minimizes headaches, body aches & nausea."

  "It [Myers Cocktail] can help to relieve the symptoms of acute diseases and chronic illnesses through regular administration."

  "Stay ahead of seasonal illnesses and COVID by giving your immune system a boost of hydration, vitamins, nutrients, and antioxidants."

  "Our Slim Drip will give you a boost to help maintain good physical health and burn stubborn fat. This combination can help to prevent fat storage by boosting metabolism and energy, as well as providing the digestive support needed to reduce appetite, bad cholesterol and blood sugars."

  "The Make me Happy shot is used in improving athletic performance, preventing the common cold, and boosting the immune system. Typically, it helps to speed wound healing, increase blood flow to cold hands and feet (helpful in those with diabetes), and for sexual issues in both men and females." "Improves brain function"
  
  According to the BBB Code of Advertising, claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data.  For medicinal and therapeutic claims or claims to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any illness or disease, scientific clinical evidence from human clinical trials is preferred to support these claims.
  To date, the business has not complied with BBB's request that the business provide substantiation for these claims and claims not able to be substantiated with proper scientific documentation be either removed or modified.
