Had my roof done may of 2022, looked wonderful! Done in a timely matter! December of 2022 heard dripping in attic, went to see what happened all nails in roof had frost dripping all over. Called company left message. They contacted me first thing Monday morning, owner came out looked around said all up to code not sure why it was happening. Never to be heard from again. Problem did not reoccur again that year. Had attic looked at for more insulation was told not needed. Well today same thing happened. Will be calling another roofer first thing in the morning.

We installed the roof in May of 2022. We received the call in December of 2022. We immediately went out and inspected the roof. We contacted the shingle manufacturer and ventilation rep. The ventilation rep stated that with the new code the roof needed additional intake ventilation. So we provided the homeowner with an estimate to install intake ventilation in the soffit. We have made many attempts in January of 2022 to reach out following the estimate. We did not hear from her until we received this review. We have then since reached out again with another option for solution to the intake ventilation problem. And again, we have not heard back from the home owner. We were unaware the issue was on going. We are more than happy to accommodate her, however she has not responded to our attempts.

Home Designs LLC installed gutters on my house after a new addition. I have had problems ever since! After multiple contacts with the contractor and this company, I still have inadequate installation and rainwater drainage. Multiple promises that they will fix the problem. No show. No work. Gutter caps leaking rusty water on my new patio bricks, no pitch or pitched the wrong way for proper drainage, water leaking over and behind the gutters, etc. So, now I have had the issue evaluated by other contractors who confirm the multiple problems of installation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My contractor used them and neither he nor them are responsive to any issues.

We were given job thru her general contractor, who provided the work scope . Initially, we never met with the homeowner to discuss job details. We only had contact with the general contractor. We performed the work exactly as specified by the general contractor. We did find that the fascia is not flat. It is on a backward angle. We did provide the contractor with 2 options for this issue. We explained to the general contractor that we could use straps to hang the gutter or install wedges behind the gutter. The general contractor requested the wedges. He did state he wanted no nails or holes, so we installed the wedges. We have made multiple attempts to set a meeting with the homeowner. The last meeting, she was unable to make it. We explained everything to her daughter and reached out to her via phone to discuss moving forward. We have not had any approval to resolve her concerns. We are more than happy to come out and correct the situation. However, we need approval from the homeowner in how she would like to move forward. She refused and asked for a refund and to install different gutters. This job is over a year old. I would like to state the fact again that we were hired by a general contractor, and we provided the work as specified. We have been around along time. We work very hard at customer satisfaction.

Excellent work, price, and professionalism. Called for a quote and the owner was there and had it generated within a day. Was easy to read and understand and had no hidden/surprise costs. I picked the color shingle I wanted and was given a start date. The crew showed up on time and had the old roof ripped in a day and the new one installed the next. Couldn’t ask for a more enjoyable experience to a stressful time. Would wholeheartedly recommend Home Designs to anyone looking for work to be done.
