      I placed an order (6 purses) for on July 24, 2023. On August 02,2023, I contacted I Love Dooney and spoke to their Customer Service Rep and she told me that my order was “Cancelled” due to No Funds! I told her that I had funds in my account! I called my Banker told them that the money was withdrawn out of my account on 07-25-2023. The customer service rep sent my call to Billing Dept. My banker told her that the funds were withdrawn on 07-25-2023 then she left the call.
      Stephanie told me that they were going to send my money back to me. I told her that I Love Dooney had stolen my money, and if I hadn’t call this morning they really would have gotten away with it! Stephanie said she was sorry but it was a glitch on their end.
      I said, since it was on your end, I Love Dooney should honor my order! She said that there would be other promotions and I would have to reorder them!
      I spoke to a Supervisor, Nick A****. I explained the situation to him about I Love Dooney for stealing my money and if I had not called today and he apologized for the glitch. He said that anytime an order is over $500.00, the order is flagged as a Fraud and it is Cancelled! I told him that the $500.00 statement is not on their website and I supplied all the information that was needed! But, I Love Dooney still took my money and I wanted my order honored!
      He said that they couldn’t do that and there would be other promotions coming and I would have to look for them and Stephanie was sending my money back!
      Now, I Love Dooney have had my money since 07-25-2023 and I have to wait several days to get a refund at their expense!
      I am thoroughly disappointed on how I have been treated as a “Good Faith Customer”And the glitch was on I Love Dooneys’ end! I was looking to style my purses that I ordered! So Sad!!!

      Very satisfied with all my purses, I don’t understand these complaints!
      I love the sale prices because when u go to a store the markup is so high because of transportation costs and of course the store has to make a profit, so overall if u look at the big picture it’s more affordable and convenient because u don’t have to travel to get it!
      Just pay attention the the description and the cost.??

      ILoveDooney is owned by Dooney & Bourke, and my purse is genuine D&B merchandise - just registered my purse today. Beautiful purse! Ordered 03/02/2023, received 03/06/2023. No Customer Service contact was needed.

      SCAM WEBSITE!!!!!!
      If you order a wallet and a purse. They will send you the wallet and never send u the purse. When customers service was asked the status of my purse I was told it had been cancelled. Then told I could return the matching wallet for $9.99. Biggest scam and mistake of my life.

      ILoveDooney is a company like any other. Not sure why it has so many bad reviews. In my opinion, they offer a more modern selection than the regular Dooney site and the sales you receive through ILD are usually better. I've ordered from them many times. Yes, some times due to limited inventory, they are unable to fulfill orders (in which case you are refunded). Not sure why everyone's upset when they literally tell you that upfront before you place your order?? Also, they don't pay for shipping if want to return your item. Lots of companies do this. Big whoop. The product you receive from ILD is the same quality as the regular Dooney site. I have 7-10 bags from both Dooney and ILD and I have never noticed a difference in quality. IDL is the real thing so don't be afraid to venture out from the regular Dooney site and give them a try. Also, NEVER pay full price for a Dooney purse. They run sales throughout the year and it will break your heart if you buy a bag and then see it listed for 100 bucks cheaper than what you paid for. And for the record, its unrealistic to ask for a price adjustment when it's your fault for not ordering a bag already on sale. I said what I've said. Sorry, not sorry.

      I ordered a purse and wallet. They were the same shade (teal/deep teal). What I received is teal and emerald. I returned it and they told me I could get shipping if it was wrong. They also said slight difference on pictures. This was totally off and I can’t make them see. They refuse to refund my shipping after clearly seeing that they are nowhere near the same color family. This place is a joke! Steer clear of them and just go to Dooney.

      I have been a customer of Dooney & Bourke for years and have always been happy with their products and fine customer service. A friend recommended trying I Love Dooney as they are still the real Dooney line and are an authorized retailer for their products. I ordered a purse and wallet FROM I Love Dooney on 12/26/22 as a gift for my daughter. The wallet shipped quickly, but the purse status said “Processing” on the website. I checked my credit card and I was fully billed yet only the wallet had shipped. Upon calling customer service, I was told it is their policy to charge for an order upon placement. If you don’t receive an item(s) or cancel, they will issue a refund. They told me on 1/5/23, my order was being made in the next production batch and would ship in 3-4 weeks from 1/1/23. Today, I received this email:
      “Thank you for your inquiry. We are very sorry, but unfortunately your order has been canceled. Due to a heavy volume of orders and limited quantities of this item, we were unable to fulfill your order. We are sorry for this inconvenience. Please allow up to 10 business days to see your refund post to your account.”
      First, why are they taking orders without inventory? Second, why lie about production runs that do not exist? Third, it is extremely unethical to charge a customer when they know they cannot ship the product!
      DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! UNETHICAL AND LIARS!

      They canceled my order without notice and left it in pending status. They won't work with me to process my order at the original purchase price.

      I ordered a bag and they sent the wrong color. So I ordered another one, thinking it was a simple mistake. The second bag came in the wrong color as well. Customer Service will not allow free returns for what is obviously a company error, so I am out return shipping on both bags. Shady and disappointing.

      I love dooney they are bad people they take your money. When I returned my bag that I got the subtracted 9.50 to ship the bag back to them also they subtract 12.84 for my shipping to be they suck don't but from them. They say they can't refund the shipping amount and it is not anywhere in there return policy.
