      Ilovedooney is not what it used to be prior to the pandemic. So my husband purchased a handbag for me for our anniversary. Let's just say it's been 3 weeks and I still have not received it. I've called, chatted online. Then when I asked for a supervisor I was told that I would get a call back in 24z48 hours, still not done. I asked for a price adjustment because the item has been in sale twice since I purchased it. I received an email telling me that they don't do price adjustment. This is ridiculous. Poor customer service. I don't think I will be making another purchase with the company after this.

      This company is HORRIBLE, If I could give it 00000 Star's I would. I've been ordering bags from this company for years, and the saddest thing is I knew that I should have quit Year's ago, but in there defense the bag are good quality and some time at a good price when you look. This particular item that I ordered was for two of my friends I had them both go to the same address. One bag Did come on time, the other kept saying still being processed. Two weeks past and the order was still being processed, so I called to check on the status of order and was told that the order was on back order and they didn't have a date as of yet when the bag would be sent out. Mine you l have several cases with them to where as you make a complaint and they would look into it later and get back in touch with you. After 4 of those a lady named Stephanie called back to address My concerns, one of my biggest concerns we're that it's hard to contact these people. I sent emails, asking for I Love Dooney number and in the emails they send me Dooney and Bourke number. So when I called that number I got no help because I wasn't a customer of there. Finally stupidvisor calls back and address My issues but never brings up me not received the other bag, So I brought it up, and she tells me that she not sure when the order would be shipped out because they don't see a date when the bag is going to be available. So I asked if within the next week I don't receive the bag or it not processed can I call and switch it for a different color, she said YES. Three days go bye I get an email stating that my order was cancelled (WHAT), And to make matters worse STEPHANIE didn't own up to her words. I spoke to her and SHE SAID THAT SHE DIDN'T REMEMBER SAYING THAT, what is it that they say when you're coming on line with a representative ( This call is being monitored for quality assurance purposes) what happened to the recorded line? All I can say is Horrible, they are LAIR'S AND FRAUDS I'm DONE.

      Horrible customer service. I ordered 2 purses because the one I wanted was slightly under the free shipping minimum. They shipped the add on order and not the purse I really wanted. They never notified me and I had to reach out to them to find out. All I want is my purse or an equivalent purse. My ask to the customer service team was free shipping and they will not give it to me. That is it that is all I want is free shipping. I found a new purse that is close to the $119 mark but not quite there. I requested to return the other item because like I said it was not the one I really wanted and will be out $10 to ship it back if I choose to return.
      So all in all I have a purse I don't want that I have to pay to return and do not have the bag that I was hoping for. :/
