Bottom Line Books, which is apparently owned by Belvoir Media Group continues to send me expensive books that I did not order and then sends me dunning notices threatening to ruin my credit or turn me over to a collection agency even though I returned the last book some time ago. I continue to receive dunning notices. Bottom Line Books say that they provide return postage instructions to return books at their expense but this is a lie. I had to pay out of my own pocket return postage, which was over five dollars for a book which I did not order. But they continue to ignore my request to quit sending me these notices and send more bills. This has happened to me before. This occurs regularly as I read accounts about Bottom Line Book also about people receiving books they did not order and then being billed for them. The business practices of Bottom Line Books and whoever owns or publishes their books, are not fettered by such inhibiting factors as honesty, integrity, decency or fair play. Someone please initiate a class action suit against Bottom Line Books. Please consider this communication as a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau to take action against Bottom Line Books.

I have just read the reviews for Belvoir Media Group and have also had problems with them. They continue to solicit me for all the health newsletters that they publish. I subscribed to The ******* ***** newsletter and the ***** ****** and ********* newsletter. Both times they did not send the additional promised health reports that were part of the subscription. Contacting them multiple times by phone and email still did not resolve the problem though they said they would send those reports. To make it worse, I was charged for a 12-month subscription in August of 2022: my first issue came in September, 2022 - which means the last issue should be August, 2023. Now I got a letter telling me my last issue will be June, 2023. Not only did they cheat me out of the promised health reports, they are now also cheating me out of two issues. I enjoy their newsletters but will never do business with them again.

I bought a 1 year digital subscription from Belvoir Media in January for Catster magazine. From day one the digital subscription did not work. My account is listed as Active and paid up to date but every time an issue is published it blocks my access, so I can't get into it. They are supposed to send me an email when a new issue is released but they never do, I have to keep checking their website to find out when it comes out. The magazine is great which is why I have not cancelled but Belvoir Media service is the worst. I phone and get a lot of BS from their supervisors, that do nothing but pass the issue up the line. After a few days the issue is resolved but the following issue gives the same hassles again. I have tried to get hold of someone high up but get told what the supervisor sends up the line is all that can be done. They don't care about their customers, I am about to cancel the subscription after being a customer of Cat Fancy/Catster since 2009. But they don't care. It is like dealing with a third world country, something as simple as giving a customer online access to a magazine they have paid for seems to be beyond their capabilities. Very dishonest. I don't know who runs Belvoir Media but they are useless and do not care about their customers. Beware of dealing with these people, they take your money but do not give service.
