      Good company. They don't spam multiple surveys and give you $0.10 for disqualifications up to 4 per day. They also pay out instantly through paypal. No problems, they've given me credits for broken surveys/ones that do not pay for random reasons. Very good.

      Very few glitches, surveys generally don't run over amount of time specified. The few issues I have had over the years, have been resolved quickly. Good customer service. When cashing out points for rewards, redemption has been prompt.

      I think we should get minimum wage for the surveys,,I don't know how a business not paying minimum wage can be registered with the BBB

      Hi ****** Thank you for your feedback. Survey panels do not employ members to take surveys, therefor are not bound by the minimum wage law or requirement. Members only need to register to our platform to take surveys, earn points and enjoy available rewards they can redeem. Let us know if you have any other questions!

      Of the 3 survey sites I use, E-rewards is by far the best. Surveys take the time they say they will take and usually allow you to take you time to complete. There are some occasions where surveys end and points are not awarded, but e-rewards will always make things better when you contact them or at lease provide a fair explanation.

      Absolutely terrible. On any site, all their surveys end with "missing session" or some other error on the last page of a survey (there is a progress bar most of the time) after having wasted 20-30 minutes on one survey so that way you don't get the credit.
      Getting surveys filled out for free while wasting poor people's time. That should be their slogan

      Dynata's surveys are always interesting and easy to navigate. I enjoy receiving points that I can cash in for airmiles or aeroplan. Whenever I had a glitch, I would contact customer service and they would respond in a timely manner. I have been a subscriber to this company for at least 15 years!

      On 9 August 2025 I received a survey from Dynata Corp. After reading the question it is abundantly clear it is not a survey, but a thinly veiled radical Climate Change propaganda piece, not an unbiased survey.

      Good experience overall. Quickly handles glitches in on-line operations. I've been with them for over 10 years and only have had on or two minor problems, all quickly resolved.
