    Brown Roofing came to do my roof then proceeded to damage my central air conditioner. Called Brown several times over several weeks and got nowhere. These people lie. Do not believe that they will reimburse you for anything that they damage. They were slappy and damaged shingles during installation and left them as is. Also left multiple roofing nails on top of a new roof. Will need to take them to small claims court to force them to pay for what they damaged. Do not believe anything these people say.

    Abdul P**** is the agent who sold me to Brown Roofing over other companies. He is professional, respectful, friendly, and worked out the best deal for my needs. He is someone who makes the right image for any company! Abdul came to the rescue a 2nd time, 2023, when a wind Storm brought a tree down on my roof! He inspected right away and sent the Best team, Chris and Sean. They were very professional and repaired my roof to be safe and look great again. My budget was respected as well. I highly recommend the best, Brown Roofing!

    Contracted Brown Roofing to replace my roof and shutters and what a drastic difference it made on the curb appeal of my home!!! They were timely, communicative, friendly and honest! We have had 3 major rain storms since with no issues at all! I would HIGHLY recommend Brown Roofing for your roofing needs!

    Brown Roofing leaves the competition in the dust. Very rarely do you get to do business with a company that is professional, explains in detail what they will be doing, takes pride in what they do and leaves the customer extremely satisfied. Every step from Sales (Abdul), to Project Manager (Eddie R), to Production Manager (Chase) to the Office (Nikki) provided 5 Star Service. Everyone showed up on time, returned calls promptly, worked hard on the job, completed the job on time and left the property clean. I dare anyone to find even one nail around the property. The house looks GREAT!!! Do not waste your time calling anyone else. Call Brown Roofing, you will not be disappointed.

    So unprofessional. Bait and switch! Great sales pitch, convinced us they could get our insurance company to replace our roof due to storm which we never would have anticipated. We just knew we needed roof as we bought an old home with an old damaged roof. Sounded great to us so of course we signed on with them. They backed out of pushing with our difficult ins company and left us hanging for weeks! We had to chase them down for updates countless times to no avail. Weeks turned into months so we ultimately went with another roofer who has accomplished more in two weeks to than Brown did in 8 months! Go anywhere else!

    Brown Roofing sets expectations and follows through! They installed the roof on my garage that needed all new plywood and they were able to replace it all, install new shingles, and cleanup all before 2pm! The project manager kept me informed throughout the installation and made sure I was aware of all expenses. The property protection and cleanup exceeded what I anticipated. I am very glad to have chosen Brown Roofing!

    Brown Roofing replaced my leaky roof and did a fantastic job!! They took the time to help me select the appropriate shingles for my project and guided me through color choice (who knew that there were so many options!!!???) On roofing day, the crew showed up on time, they were polite, worked hard all day, and left my yard spotless. The roof has seen a year of snow, wind and rain and there are no leaks or problems!! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Brown Roofing came to my rescue when I was dealing with leaking problems from a different contractor, I will not name them as they know who they are. My roof was leaking after a terrible storm and no matter how many times I called my previous contractor, they never came out. A friend of mine who just had her roof done by Brown Roofing, recommended that I call them. I took her advice and called, I had nothing to loose I thought. I dialed their number and spoke to a lovely woman who told me someone would be out first thing in the morning. At this point, I honestly did not expect anyone to show up. Not only did someone show up the next morning, Eddie Griffin, the owner of Brown Roofing showed up at my door and immediately knew what the problem was and patched the roof, not charging me anything to patch the roof that another company put on my house. On his way out the door I had asked him if he (his company) could remove the roof that he just patched for me and put a new dependable roof on my house. Later that day I received a call from Brown Roofing letting me know that they would send someone from sales out. Austin showed up, gave me a quote and there was a crew at my house within the next few weeks. When I left for work, the crew was not there, when I got home there was a brand new roof on my house. The crew did such a great job, none of my outside plants were destroyed and there were no nails on the ground - I checked. The roof looks great and no leaks. Brown Roofing is the best company I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

    Brown Roofing did my Roof couldn't have asked for a better company they went beyond what we expected the work in outstanding the guys were great my yard was left cleaner then when they got here my sales rep Michael G******* help us till the end was in contact with us through it all Brown Roofing should get 10 stars from us ******* *********

    Brown Roofing is an awesome company! They are so professional. Our salesman Matt was great and Connor was so courteous and made sure there was nothing left behind and everything went smooth. Most professional am knowledgeable staff.
