I ordered some material from a store called "reallygoodstuff" in the United States. I supplied my credit card online and while I have proof from ****** that I have paid and the company assures me I have paid and it's "them" problem with ******** continue to receive collection notices. Today I called them and they gave me the runaround. Accounting (Alicia) kept insisting it was not her problem because her name was not on any notes or issues with my account. I have emails from "Kate" in customer service stating it was the company's problem and not theirs, yet I have now received collection notices for the past 6 months. They assure me (once again) that they are dealing with this problem, but I'm tired of waiting. I have been more than gracious and now i'm flat out mad, - especially with the way Alicia treated me, insisting this was not her problem. I explained I wanted proof this issue has been cleared and everything to do with a collections agency has been reversed. Rather than assure me that it would happen, she made it about herself. I further had to explain that when I said "you" problem, I meant "really good stuff"-and she just turned the discussion again about herself and how she had not dealt with me in the past, totally ignoring my issue. I got angry and hung up. All I want is a written apology and assurance from them that this account is cleared. Rather than saying she could help me, she told me I would have to call back tomorrow and check verbally if my account was clear and she couldn't email me anything because she is accounting. Can someone on your end, PLEASE help me? I am terrified this is impacting my credit rating. They have sent this to collections. A lady named Maureen contacted me. I don't trust this company to take care of it. It has been 6 months and I have received several emails now saying they would do so, and they haven't. I have included proof that I paid this company the night I purchased through ******.
