      An older man and a younger man arrived to replace a freezer fan for our 8 month old LG french door refrigerator. My wife and I asked them a few questions while they were working such as “Does your company repair any other appliances than refrigerators?” and “Is your company out of Connecticut?”. It became obvious that the older man was not a people person, and did not want to engage in any conversation at all. He was so irritated that he could not even look at my wife and me and said in a threatening manner, “Why (are) you asking so many questions?”. I told him that we were just trying to be nice, treat him respectfully like a human being, and he shouldn’t speak to a doctor like that. There was complete silence, the two “professionals “ finished the job ( Total time about 20 minutes) the older man gave a 15 second description of the freezer fan and left. I felt threatened in my own home and would have called the police if this went any further. This repair company should never be used by LG. I called LG after they left and placed a complaint. We waited a week for the repair on a refrigerator that was only 8 months old, lost all of the food we had in the refrigerator, and this antisocial worker shows up on top of it. Please, under any circumstance, do not use this company. The older man should never engage professionally with any other human being. He should work only by himself with no other human contact. He has a short fuse and should not be trusted to stay calm. He’s like a ticking time bomb. If I could leave a negative star rating I would. A 1-star rating is excessive for this company.

      DO NOT let this man into your house. LG sent him to my home to repair my 3 year old LG refrigerator. He had to order a part and came back a second time. When he left he said it was all set and give it 12-24 hours to cool. Twenty four hours later, my refrigerator was warmer than when it stopped working. I called his cell phone using the number in my phone as he left no paperwork or business card. He called me back and when I explained it was not cooling, he told me he did not tell me 12-24 hours and told me 48 hours. When I proceeded to try and tell him that after 12 hours we should notice some difference, he started yelling at me and telling me that I needed to be patient and that I did not appreciate what he did for me and that he did not charge me a dime to fix it (it was under warranty so no I would not have paid him anything). He said he did not have time for this and hung up. He proceeded to call me back two times in a row each time asking me another question and then once again proceeded to yell at me and then say he did not have time for this and hung up. I have NEVER had an experience this bad before. I called LG and said I wanted someone else out to fix my refrigerator and they were not to send that person out again. I would not allow him in my house and he actually frightened me with his anger. While waiting for the new repair person, the refrigerator began to have an order that was causing us to be nausea and have a headache. We unplugged it and when the new repairman came, we explained everything, and he discovered that there was a coolant leak which led the motor to burn oil which was the smell we had. He had to fix the leak and then replace the new motor as it had burnt out. When I mentioned the name of the person to the new repairman, he immediately knew who he was and said he has spent a lot of time running behind him fixing his mistakes and he also stated that he thought he didn't even have a license anymore.

      My LG Refrigerator stopped cooling after three years. Called LG, they acknowledged needing to fix it under warranty. LG scheduled Akosemi Inc (private contractors) to do the repairs. After some mix up (communication issues), they eventually scheduled me for a week and a half after it was assigned to them by LG. They only gave me a day, no time frame. Stayed home, they finally showed and spent 50-60 minutes "diagnosing" and "fixing" the fridge. At first it worked, 48 hours after the repair the fridge was warmer on the inside of the fridge. Lost another $250 worth of food. Called Akosemi and they told me to contact LG again. This time LG sent an LG repair person. When he got to our house, first thing he asked me was if Akosemi had done the original repairs. He said they don't really know what they are doing and he often has to go back to customers houses to refix or fix correctly what they didn't. Stay away from this company.
