Business lied about the cost of a covid test in January 2022, stating that it would be $110. Upon receiving a 10 min test, I was bill $593.93! Not on any of their paperwork does it explain the amount of the "facility fee" that they so casually mention you possibly being responsible for, which I later found out was $440! Just a casual look online and you will find dozens of people that are lied to and mislead in the same exact manner. I attempted to reach them for weeks, which I was finally able to and get someone in billing to reduce the cost, that was never followed through on. After a number of months of paying small amounts in the hopes of resolving this and paying them the much lesser amount of $242 (still criminal) that I was told on the phone in February, they sent my bill to collections at the full $593 amount.
