RUN FAST VERY FAST This review is happening because of poor workmanship a less than a year after the job was done, I am including the whole story because it needs to be known why I refuse to call them to fix the issue. We had an issue with our basement windows. After many calls to various companies we settled on using Tonnotti. I am a huge advocate of using the mom & pop establishment. From the moment of contacting them we were upfront & honest that we would need to finance the job after the down payment. Every time we spoke with someone we got a song & dance about looking for a new company with better terms for financing. Skip ahead to the installation day, the work is completed & we were asked for payment. Imagine our surprise when that happened, we explained about the financing & the worker said he would have someone reach out to us. The office called & explained that their finance company didn't finance anything under $3,500 and we would have to find another way to pay. I was furious and told them so. I felt like we had been baited & switched because they knew our position. Then last week with all the rain we came home from a funeral service out of state to find out basement once again filled with water. You maybe asking yourself well how can that be? When we cut away the expanding foam the silicone they used around the window was a joke it was minimal & it pulled out without any effort. So now having to not only deal with a home in New Hampshire that a tree fell on, a mother who's had to move into assisted living I now have to deal with trying to find someone, I will have to pay more money, reliable to come in & fix the shawty workmanship of a shady company. Thank goodness we had the floor done not soon after so the water cleanup is so much easier. Update 7/17/24 the new pictures added to the end are from the rain on the 17th...this is what 3k gets you.

Had all the windows along with 2 sliders and an entry way door replaced. Cannot say enough about the installers! They were very professional, knowledgeable and respectful of my home. Luke was very nice to speak with and he took the time to explain everything. The 2 installers, Josh and Matt, were very polite and they installed 4 windows on one of the hottest days in June. They did the job extremely well and left the areas very neat and clean. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Chris

We truly have to recommend the J. c Tonnotti company to anyone who needs exterior housing work. The siding job our garrison colonial came out so very beautiful! We could not find one flaw with the work. His men are professional and efficient!!!

Had a Bow window replaced with a Bay Window. JC Tonnotti’s were in the house within 2 days to provide a comprehensive quote. Luke was very knowledgeable and walked us through the options. He provided a quote immediately and gave us a realistic timeframe for installation. The window arrived earlier than expected and the install crew was onsite 24 hours after the window was delivered. Guilmo, Mejuel, and Maurisyo were prompt, very professional, and knowledgeable. The window looks amazing, and I have no complaints. I would absolutely recommend.

JC Tonnetti Window Company: THIS IS THE ONE! Fantastic. 5 STAR. I am a stickler for perfection, trust me! I spent time interviewing 4 window companies to replace very old windows in our 1929 beach cottage in Madison Connecticut. Probably the same that most people see advertised. Although I replaced windows in another home, consumers really don’t know much about something they don’t do very often. We all start with trying to get the price, (that’s really dumb because you might get “new” really subpar windows which probably weren’t much better than what you replaced!) this wasn’t the lowest quote and they weren’t the highest quote - but they were absolutely THE BEST. The product is great but it’s all about the installation and this was superior. Even the added detail of trim work they did to the windows was flawless. The Harvey windows from J.C. Tonnetti are excellent and have a sleek look as well. With a 20 year, (and transferable to a new owner) you have super security. But the thing that truly made me feel that this company was the best was the incredible attention to detail, knowledge and experience that EACH worker had. Luke,Gilmo,Matt,Carlos and Mauricio were amazing. They never stopped doing some small detail during the removal installation and cleanup and they did so in the neatest, kindest, and most professional way. This company is OUTSTANDING because the people are outstanding. Honest, dedicated, hardworking, experienced and will fix anything that might come up. Truly one of the best I’ve ever worked with and so glad I did. If I had any question, detail or anything that went awry or unexpected they went beyond measure to correct it fast and above any expectations. I cannot recommend them enough.
