Account issues with double charging my debit card and then cashing my check. I’m considered a vulnerable adult by social services and in the process of getting heating assistance. This is the second time they made an error on my account. Consecutively.Business response

The customer contacted us through our website on Sunday Feb 13th of the billing discrepancy. Her card was refunded first thing Monday morning before the office even opened. We apologized for the mistake and ensured it was corrected as soon as possible. Regretfully there isn't anything further we can do for Ms ** *****. She indicated that she will be finding a new supplier which I believe would be beneficial to both parties.
