Contracted Erick to do front porch and steps remodel with timbertech rails and floors. He made a disaster of our porch and steps by mismeasuring and cutting things to short and uneven. Particularly my from steps which were unleveled and without a proper footing. I tired to rectify over a few days until I had to fire him as I paid him $18000 of the agreed to $21,170, and have a half done front porch and trio hazards on all my steps which are over 10” high on first and last step while 7” on steps in-between. I asked for labor and materials back in steps so that I can hire a professional contractor with good experience unlike Erick and his crew. He refused to give back money and asked for the balance. I filed complaints with **** where I found him and will have to take legal action. Do no not use this company or Erick FAJARDO if you do not like to be stolen from! Shame on him and **** for posting him as a legitimate company. Total scammer and as unprofessional as it gets!Review from Jenise G

I hired Erick Fajardo to do work on my backyard and gave him a $1400 deposit. He canceled on me the morning he was supposed to come to do the work and refuses to return the deposit. He keeps making excuses that his secretary is out of the office, which is why he did not send it. Then recently, he even said that the refund was sent to me. When I did not receive it, I reported him to the Angi website I found him on. After finding out that I reported him, he's now saying that if I remove my complaint, he will send the refund; even though he said he had already sent it. I requested my refund on May 27, 2022 and have not received it yet.
