      Below is the exchange with the business. Although it's a service provide I booked through them and since I had no resolution with the business contracted I contacted the business I booked the reservation with. (first message is the lowest) AirportParkingReservations****- Customer Service February 24, 2023 Once again, this needs to be brought up with the manager/ owners of this lot. There is no recorded prior history of this activity at this lot and they have been on our site for over twenty years. Please note we will mention this incident to the owner, but we are not able to interject in this matter.       I purchased parking for 13 days through airport parking reservations from Jan 17-Jan 29 at the four points hotel at **** ******* **** in Mississauga- when I got there I was told that the parking reservation was not valid and they would not accept it. I printed off the receipt and showed them the paperwork as I was told in the reservation but still they charged me to park at the hotel. I paid $175 CDN (charged $137.08 USA dollars on a May 25, 2022) through airport parking and it was completely voided and the hotel said they do not work with this company and others around Christmas tried to park there as well!

      My wife and I were scheduled to fly from ******* to ****** on Christmas Eve (Dec 24). A blizzard paralyzed ******* closing the airport and roads from Christmas Eve until the following by order of civil authority. We had reservations to park our car at ******* *** ******* ******* ************* Airport, but that was impossible given that the roads and airport were closed and the ******* *** parking lot was unplowed and impassable. I contacted ******* *** after Christmas for a refund, but they said they couldn't help as I had made the reservation through airportparkingreservations****. That surprised me as I was led to believe I'd been dealing solely with ******* *** and thought I was making the reservation through them. Contact with rportparkingreservations.com is strictly by email. At first they told me I could have no refund as the reservation period had expired. I explained the problem one more time, and they wrote back saying they would give me a credit on my airrportparkingreservations.com account. I wrote that I had no account and wasn't sure I would use the service again. They wrote back that I could use my email address to access the account and when signing in to use the "Forgot password?" link to reset the password. That is supposed to trigger an email with a password reset. I have tried this several different times on different devices using different internet search platforms and have never received an email. I am frustrated that I have had to spend this much time on this matter and feel that I should simply get a complete refund credited to my credit card given the extraordinary circumstance everyone in ******* had to deal with at the time.       In short: the company promised/confirmed a certain price (that included a $5 discount) online however refused to honor the price at the end of the "contract". This happened on/around November 24th. The amount after the paydown was $82.

      I made a reservation thru Airport Parking Reservation to park my car at **** ********** Airport but had to cancel my travel plans because many of my family members have the flu which would be dangerous to us elderly I wrote to them but did not even get the courtesy of a reply.       I placed a request for a parking space using airportparkingreservations.com on November 23, 2022. When placing the order, I entered my card information and I got an error message claiming it didn't go through. Then I noticed my account was charged $95.49 by this company. I called the ParkingSpot where my reservation was and they said they never received my request and even if they had, the lot was full and unable to accommodate me. I have reached out to them 3 times over the past 4 days and have received no response other than a "no refund policy". I feel that I am entitled to a full refund because they should've never sold me a parking spot that wasn't available.

      I made a reservation for parking near *** ******* in ****** ** and paid $82 up front through Airportparkingreservations.com. When I arrived at the lot where i made the reservation I was told there was NO SPACE. It was pouring rain and i was already late due to the bad weather. Huge stress trying to find another space at the last minute. The clerks treated me very rudely, actually laughed at me. I was charged the full fee despite there being no actual service received. There was zero communication between the booking agent and the parking lot. Another person there was in the same situation, also had paid and reserved weeks beforehand. There is terrible stress in this situation. This company clearly is running a fraudulent operation and needs to be penalized.

      I went to book a parking reservation at the parking spot. When I put the parking spot into my browser this company came up with the parking spot listed in its name so I booked my reservation. I have a family member who went into the hospital so I could not travel so I called to cancel the day before and it says nonrefundable. I feel this is totally unacceptable practice and I think this company is terrible the way they do business.

      We wish to be removed from Airportparkingreservations.com website as a hotel parking lot with free shuttle. We receive complaints when we never signed up to provide shuttle to this company and we realize it is a scam, as they pre collect payment and do not pay our business anything in return, but expect us to provide shuttle to and from airport. We do not wish to be listed on their website or play a part in this scheme. Thank you in advance for your assistance with this matter. The following is an email we sent to the company and never got a response from them. Hello and good morning! We are reaching out for additional information regarding this "new" account. We apologize in advance, but everyone we have contacted from our property side are confused as to how we became to exist on your website, and how do we the hotel receive payment for allowing vehicles to park at our location, and for our shuttle service, when everything from the email says it is all "pre paid". Our director of sales, as well as our consultants have not done this "enrolling" so if you could please enlighten us it would be very helpful. If you could let us know when we became "live" on your website, "who" signed us up for this website, "how" we collect any form of payment for parking and shuttle service These are the questions we have at the property level, along with who we may speak with in regards to the senior person who is responsible for signing up hotels for your website?       I reserved a ride from my address to the *** ***** airport with a pick up time of 0400 on 26 August. I exchanged text messages with the driver and/or company representative on 25 August confirming the pick up location, time, and gate access instructions. At approximately 0400 on 26 Augustine received a text that the driver was unable to make the pick up, but another driver was being called and would arrive in 5 minutes, this driver never arrived. I texted back and forth for 40 minutes before getting my own ride. When I contacted *************, they responded with a screenshot, without time stamp, of a “marker” at the pick up point. They further advised that only the driver could authorize a refund and that the driver said he was there for pick up. I have all text messages that prove otherwise. As a matter of fact the original driver wanted to refund me via *****, but I refused as I no longer trusted this company.
