      7/28/2022 7:15am- Needed parking for upcoming vacation. Chose (or thought I did) ***** **** in ************. This was made through a third party, Airport Reservations.com. My husband let me know within 10 minutes of making said reservation, that we would not need to park our car. I have been trying since yesterday at 7:30am to cancel this reservation with no luck. The number provided ###-###-#### to contact them does not have an actual person to speak with. The message states to leave your confirmation number, and name and phone number and they'll get back to you. I have not heard anything. I did cancel (or thought I did) my reservation, however, when I called my bank this morning, they said the $166.90 was taken out of my account. I have included my initial reservation, a screenshot from their website showing cancellation process and an email from ***** **** stating they can't do anything to help since it's a third party. I am requesting immediate refund of the $166.90. My Reservation ID is # ******* for Airport Parking Reservations. The BBB gives this company and F rating. Not sure why they're allowed to continue doing business. Thank you in advance for your assistance in resolving this matter.

      I made a reservation through this website for a one night stay + 7 days of parking for a trip I am taking in a few days. After finding a better reservation through another service, I attempted to cancel the reservation but have been unable to do so. When I click the link to the cancelation page, instead of allowing me to fill in the details of my reservation and cancel it, the page AUTOMATICALLY reverts back to the last webpage, making it impossible to cancel the reservation. I looked up a customer service number online but when I called (multiple times) it went straight to a voicemail box, making it impossible to cancel my reservation. When I selected the online "Contact Us" option and filled out the fields and hit send, nothing happens, i.e. my email requesting a cancellation cannot be sent. The other online option asks me to fill in a few fields including the parking lot but the hotel where my reservation is made for does not show up in the options and there is no lot listed on the email confirmation I received, making it impossible to cancel this way too. LITERALLY the only option I have is to use the "Chat" feature which is not a live chat AT ALL but simply another set of fields that I was able to fill in requesting a cancellation. THIS IS CLEARLY ALL INTENDED TO MAKE IT VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL A RESERVATION and cannot possibly be legal! Thank you for your help in resolving this issue promptly.

      I discovered that I had to travel for business at the last moment. I went online and clicked a link that misrepresented itself as being the actual lot I was to park in (*** ****** **********). I did not discover until much later that the site, airportparkingreservations.com was a third party site masquerading as the lot. I pre-paid for parking for two weeks at $115.98. Once again, I believed I was paying the actual lot I was parking in. My business trip was cut short, so I returned a week early. When I got back, the nice folks at the lot explained that airportparkingreservations.com charges extra fees. They gave me the option to pay for the week I was there, and go back to the website to request s refund. I paid the actual lot (********* ** **********) $48.30 for the week my car was there. Since there is no phone number listed, I contacted airportparkingreservations.com via email and explained the situation and requested a refund for the $115.98 (since I had received neither goods nor services for that money. Of course, my request was denied. Now, I have paid for a total of three weeks worth of parking plus a service fee when I actually only stayed ONE WEEK! I wish to have a full refund since I only stayed in the Air Marino parking lot one week, and then I paid that lot, while being assured I could get a refund. I repeat, I received neither goods nor services for my $115.98. Since that is the case, I want a refund.

      I made a reservation with this business on 6/9 and upon returning I tried to exit the parking lot and the attendant asked me for a reservation Id which I was unable to retrieve since i never got a confirmation email. I showed my bank statement where i was charged but the attendant from ***** ******* could not let me exit without a reservation Id stating that i purchased from this 3rd party vendor and I needed to call airport parking reservation which i did several times but i get an automated system every time. I spent almost an hour trying to call and finally i had to pay again full price $40 since that was my only way out. Today i researched further and I finally found their email contact and now they're telling me im not entitled to a refund because i didn't cancel within 24 hours. Ive explained my goal wasn't to cancel i just didn't receive an email to retrieve the number. This company is a scam and i need my money back. I will never use them again and i will tell others about the negative experience. I explained the situation they are not listening. I need my $38.49 back. I dont want à credit as i would not repeat business with them. Bad business

      I made an online reservation with airportparkingreservation.com and requested for **** **** **** airport. I assumed it was at the economy lot at the airport. The charge was $82.04 and was taken out of my checking account on 12-13-21. When we arrived at the airport parking lot on 2-17-22 for our flight, we entered the lot and learned that this reservation was for a different location called "*** ******* ****." We had already entered the economy lot and had to take a ticket and park at the airport lot and it was too late to find the other lot so had to pay for the airport lot parking as well as the other lot for 8 days. It was not clear to us when making the reservation that this was not the SLC parking lot. There was no phone number to call and when I tried to email them to get our money back, they sent a reply that there were no refunds. I am 74 and my husband is 79 and we are not as tech savvy as younger folks. We would very much like to get a refund and this was a disappointing way to begin a trip. Anything you could do for us would be appreciated and thanks!

      Prepaid Reservation Not Honored by ******* ****** *******. I had to pay for main terminal parking and desire to be reimbursed. Additionally the emotional strain caused by prepaid airport parking not being honored is significant. Are these businesses allowed to not honor prepaid parking and get away with it. What if any is there contractual responsibility?

      On Dec 18 2021 I made reservations to Airport Parking Reservations.com for a spot at the Parking Spot at ********** ************* ******* for January 10th through January 21st 2022. I made the reservation for my girlfriend ******* and on the 6th of January she became very ill and could not fly or use the parking reservation. I contacted the business, the Parking Spot, and they advised I'd have to go through airport parking reservations.com to get a refund. I initiated an email to them with no response my reservation number was *********. I wish to have a refund or I would just like to have a credit for future use.

      I reserved a parking space for 12 days through Airportparkingreservations.com, not realizing that this is a 3rd party. The receipt is for reservation number *******. When I returned on 10/18, I paid the balance of $140.90 to the lot, in cash, which is what my receipt said I owed. When I was checking my credit card statement, I found a charge for $50.35 from Airportparkingreservations.com. I immediately disputed this charge through my credit card company. After getting no resolution from them, I took it upon myself to get my money returned. I first contacted the lot where I parked, and that’s when I discovered this was a 3rd party. I have contacted them 3 times, and only get a auto reply. There is no phone number listed for them, that I could find.

      I contacted you regarding a Credit Card charge on my account that I thought was incorrect.  I just determined that there is not a problem with this charge. After finally hearing from the company, I was able to figure out what transpired. It has to do with company names, and location of said companies.
      I’m very sorry for the confusion.

      Made a reservation on 11/16/2021, realized I had made it for the wrong date and have been trying to change it. I have emailed twice, called and left a message, and have called multiple other times not being able to reach anyone or get a response. I have been charged $37.28, so far with $138.57 pending and would like some type or resolution to this.
