    We had to come home early from ***** due to my wife tripping in ******** supposed to stay till 9/24/24 came home 9/14/24 a loss of 10 days. When we went to the ****** ***** ******* * **** ******* the receptionist had no idea how to give me a ticket to get out of the parking lot I explained why we leaving and needed something to prove we came early from our trip I had my reservation paperwork with bar code then she said that would be our proof however when we got to the gate to leave the bar code didn’t work don’t know why after 15 minutes trying to get out I then rang bell for parking attendant after several questions he asked me for my car license plate I then asked him for a receipt to for maybe my refund he couldn’t help this was a bad experience at the business which I will never ever use again we were looking for 10 day credit when I emailed them they just about called me a liar , I will also tell my friends not to use this parking facility Sincerely **** **** ****** * *******

    I paid for a pickup service. Called them 24 times in a 45 minute period. They never picked up the phone or responded. Ended up paying a cab to get me to the lot which negated any savings made parking with them. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Due to the circumstances, we placed a credit of $10.00 on your AirportParkingReservations.com account which can be applied to the prepaid amount on your next reservation through our website. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this situation. We value your business, and we hope that we can help provide you with a better parking experience in the future." The credit that we applied to your account can be used toward airport parking at any facility that airportparkingreservations.com partners with. We have also shared this feedback with lot management, thank you.

    As I discussed wiht you previously, you provided a service which you charged me for. Part of that service I paid for included a pickup. You did not pick up your phone for over 45 minutes and did not provide me with the pickup. I had to pay for a cab to take me to your lot and all I asked was for the $13 reinbursement. I provided you a picture of all the call attemptes and a copy of my cab receipt. I am not interested in a $10 credit which is less than what I actually paid to get to your lot. I would like what is fair, a $13 reinbursement.

    Hi, I would like to clarify our business. Airportparkingreservations.com is a third-party reservation service. We do not operate any of the parking facilities or hotels on our website. Service provided by our partners are the sole responsibility of our partners so any numbers that you called were not most likely not to airportparkingreservations.com but directly to the parking lot. I am clarifying this because we advertise the service that our partners offer so if you did not receive the service offered by our partner, it is best to lodge a complaint with their management team. As a courtesy for the missing portion of your free shuttle service, I have issued a refund of $13 on behalf of the Park 'N Go in Fort. Lauderdale. You should receive this in 5-10 business days, good day.

    I paid for and reserved parking at ****** ******* Parking through AirportParkingReservations.com. When we arrived at the address on the receipt we discovered there was no parking lot. We were forced to park somewhere without a reservation, at a much higher rate, and at the very last minute prior to a flight. After reaching out to the customer service contact at airportparkingreservations.com they only argued with me and assured me that the parking lot was operating at the address as stated on the receipt. They refused a refund. I then sent pictures of the address as stated and it was clearly not a parking lot but an empty building. Only then did they refund my money, but offered nothing to address the hassle and extra cost required from having no reserved parking spot when rushing to catch a flight. Overall, this whole thing is really dicey.

We only recently received notice from ****** management, that this particular location is closing due to a city ordinance. While this created a poor experience for you, it is beneficial that you contacted us directly. This credit can be utilized while logged into your account and creating an upcoming parking reservation.

    Thought I was booking with Shepard road parking as that's e Who i searched for. Booked and payed for 6 days, but Covid interfered and only needed 3 days due to early return. They said tough luck, no refund even though they did in have to pay for the days we didn't use

    I Unfortunately chose this company also known as ***************** - same customer service#. Signed up on 3/6/2022 for airport transport 5/23/2022. They took payment out on 3/6. Received conformation # and further info. Months went by with no other communication. I decided to contact them the Friday before the early Monday scheduled pickup just to verify all was good and on schedule. I was expecting to receive reassurance. I immediately received the beginning of the “RUN A ROUND”! The local transport company stated that they informed “Mozio” apparently out of Frisco ( unable to leave their#on this platform) they could Not honor my request. Contacted Mozio who stated they were not informed the local co. was not able to provide the service I PAID FOR IN MARCH. They were NOT able to find transportation for me!! ( I live in a Major city) Then they proceeded to ask me if I wanted to cancel?!! I told them I wanted transportation! They then stated they found one co, but was not able to set me up due to it was more money than my original payment. I requested a waiver of the extra charge since there clearly was a Major problem. They then claimed there was nothing they could do. I NEVER received an apology or viable solution. I then had to scramble to find transportation late Friday afternoon for a very early flight on Monday morning. If I had not contacted them, I would have missed my flights, car reservation, and check in !!!! I really wish I could give this horrible company minus 5 stars!! If only I would have checked at the BBB BEFORE I signed up with these terrible people. Ty BBB for providing a platform for exposure.

    I made a parking reservation which was non refundable. But I made and error for the dates for my reservation. I couldn't call them so I email them and they say sorry no refunds it's on your purchase confirmation I respond saying I need to change the dates and they don't respond I feel ripped off out of 118 dollars. Stay far away

    This terrible site does not let you change or cancel reservations and charges a fee which in effect is an extra days parking. You are better off going directly to the parking lot owners site to avoid the extra charge and their non-refundable fee policy!
