      Booked a reservation for a week long parking space through airportsparking.com for a week long parking space at ****** ******* ****** **** ***** on March 25, 2024. As per their cancellation policy I cancelled via online prior to the reserved time later that night. (The reserved time was for 9:00am March 26, 2024) Their policy states a full refund is provided if cancelled prior to scheduled arrival time. I was suspicious when completing the cancellation. I hit send and it immediately acknowledged my request was received but, the received notice disappeared immediately. It disappears so fast I couldn't get a picture. I even cancelled a second time with the same immediate disappearance of the acknowledgment. And again it disappeared so quickly I couldn't get my phone camera in place. After a very long wait and a disconnect I finally spoke with an agent. I waited while she checked with the hotel to verify that I did not use their lot. Disconnected again. I called again and spoke with the same agent. She stated the hotel had no paperwork to verify my claim. The hotel requires you to fill out paper work before leaving and in order to ride their shuttle, so of course they had no paper work because I never used their lot.

      We had flight from ******-***** Jan. 11-15 for my brother's memorial service. I made parking reservation for these dates with Regal Parking. Before I could check in for my flight on Jan. 11th, it was canceled by ****** Airlines (due to door blowing out of the *** 9 aircraft.) We had to take a different flight on Friday, Jan 12th. I picked Regal Parking due to the fact it said "Free Cancellation" on the website. My ID# ********; I was charged $48.91. However, customer service told me to cancel the existing reservation and make a new one for the correct days (now Jan. 12-15.)- new reser. ID# ******** and was charged $41.41. The day I go to travel, I can't find ** ****** ****** as it does not exist! Instead it's a parking lot with an address **** ****** ****** and the name ARB parking. Went into a trailer onsite, I am told to give them my keys! I paid for self-parking, uncovered, with a shuttle to the airport. The man says "NO, this is 3rd party and we park your car! Give me your keys!" I asked how I would know where my car was on Monday when I returned-he said "we will bring your car to you." You have a text on your phone to contact us when you come back." We had to quickly unload the car, get in line for a shuttle and left for the airport. While we were in flight on Friday, our return flight was canceled on Monday Jan.15th! (Again due to the aircraft issues with the *** 9.) We were put on an earlier flight on Sunday, January 14th! Now in ******, I had no text! I found a number on my receipt and called and we waited >20 minutes for a shuttle. Seems they only run one shuttle at a time even though other shuttles are at the parking lot! Each shuttle was filled and my husband and I got the last two spaces! When I get back to the trailer to retrieve my car, I asked for a one day credit as we had to return one day early. He told me call 800 number, but no one ever answers! I left a message, but no call. I want $16.84 refunded ($6.49 Serv chrg and 1/4 of $41.41)

      I booked a parking reservation through this company and understood it was non refundable. However, my travel dates changed and I just wanted to change the dates of my reservation. When I finally was able to reach someone after some arguing they said I could have a credit for the amount and apply it to a new reservation. She sent me an email detailing how to use the credit when setting up a new reservation. The instructions said when you reach the check out page under “order summary” choose “want to use credit” link and further instructions said I needed to use my payment information to complete the reservation. There was no “want to use credit” option and there was no “order summary”. So I was charged the full amount for the new reservation paying twice to park once.

      These perverts have engaged in the practice of buying and selling personal information such as information that identifies my computer so that if I go onto their website without signing in, that they can know who it is and send me an email encouraging me to make my purchase. It’s perverted. They’re doing this in cahoots with a company called ******** who they decided apparently aligns with their perverted values. It needs to be called out every time it occurs. It unnecessarily puts me at risk for identity fraud. And it is the reason in this case and many more in the future why this company that is staffed by perverts will not be getting my business.

      I booked a round trip reservation for airport pick up and drop off. (Reservation ID *****). The airport pick up went smoothly. The pick up on our return to the airport on Oct 11 @ 5:10 pm did not fulfil our reservation that we pre-paid. The driver arrived and would not take the amount of passengers and luggage that we booked. (in accordance with the reservation as well as international flight baggage allowance. We DID NOT HAVE EXCESS BAGGAGE) He forced us to send half our luggage and passengers in another car that we had to frantically book. The driver's "company" he worked for tried calling me, calls would not go through and they kept texting me saying to get another ride to the airport. Car Easy Go (as far as I know this is the company I was dealing with via Whatsapp) directed me to ***************** for a refund. ***************** has twice now rejected our request for a refund and has wrongly accused us of not being at the pick up spot and the driver could not find us - therefore they are not refunding. ***************** is not taking any responsibility for sending a car that was not suitable for our reservation. They took their money and ran.

      I pay a parking space in ***** for $86 using web page. at the parking facility I was told That I need to oay double becsuse my vehicle was a truck ****** ********. at web booking they ask for detail infotmation of type of vehicle including color, licence plate . this company is associated with WAY company that had multiple issues as well

      Although we are a reservation service for parking lots, we are not involved in their daily operations. All information provided on our site is supplied by our parking partners. Based on the information provided, I was unable to locate a reservation, therefore I cannot review your reservation details. If the charge is associated with an oversized vehicle, then you would need to contact the parking facility with any additional questions or concerns.

      Typically, vehicles that take up more than one space are subject to additional charges, payable at the lot. In addition, some lots have an additional fee for oversized vehicles (larger than a 4-door sedan). In general, SUVs, vans, and full-size (or crew cab) pickup trucks would be classified as oversized, although it varies by location.

      On Feb. 18 at 12:21 am, I made a reservation through AirportResrevations.com to park my car at: ******** ****** Parking ***** ************* **** ******* ** ***** ###-###-#### I prepaid $81.47 via ******. I was scheduled to drop off my car at 11:30 am on Feb. 18. I used GPS to find my way to the address listed above. There was no parking lot at that address. I called the number listed above. I asked the man who answered for directions. He stated that the lot was full and they could not take my car. I told him I had prepaid and was expected. He said he was "just a driver" and that his boss told him that if anyone called, he should tell them the lot was full and they couldn't take anymore cars. I repeated that I had prepaid and was expected. He apologized and said he was only telling me what his boss asked him to say and ended the call. After I scrambled to find parking so I wouldn't miss my flight, and paid more than double what I had already paid, I emailed AirportParking.com (I could not find a phone number) and explained the situation, asking for a refund. I received an autoreply assuring me they would contact me soon. They did not. After several more emails, they finally replied and said they could not refund my money, but would give me a partial credit. They first said no refund because I hadn't cancelled my reservation within their prescribed time limits. When I pointed out that THEY cancelled my reservation, they then said they couldn't give me a refund because I waited until May to contact them. When I sent screenshots of my February and March emails, they said they could not issue a refund because they don't have a record of those emails. I won't be using their "service" again, so a credit, partial or otherwise, is not acceptable. I would like a full refund. It's the least they can do since I had to spend approximately $200 to find other parking at the very last minute. I've attached the email correspondence - please sort by date to see the entire thread. Thank you.

      I received a credit of $226.14 from my cancelled trip on November 2022. I am trying to use that credit for my upcoming travel on May 11, 2023. My account reflects the credit and it is applied to cover my parking dates in its totality. The issue is that once I click on 'Complete Reservation', nothing happens. My complaint is from the lack of response from airportparkingreservations****. I've filled two Customer Service requests to no avail. Last November they responded the day after my inquiry. The telephone number listed goes to a recording and I've left two messages in the last 5 days with no response. Thank you

      We are currently experiencing a high volume of customer reach out and are working diligently to get back to every customer in the order their request was received. We responded to this issue on 5/5/23 with instructions on how to troubleshoot this issue. We are in no way responsible for a customer who is unable to complete a reservation due to a technical issue on their side. We received 3 emails with no reservation dates or information so we in no way can complete a reservation on behalf of the customer. We can be reached via phone at ###-###-####, mon-fri.

      I made a parking reservation for May 19-24, 2023, at *** ******* **** * in ** *****. My flight is now leaving earlier than my reservation. I need to arrive about 3 hours earlier. I cannot find any way to extend this reservation. I tried calling. I get put on an extended hold, and then the call is dropped. I tried emailing, and I only get a response thst says they will contact me soon, but they are busy. That was over a week ago! I have no idea what to do. I think this may be a scam. There should surely be a way to extend a reservation, because flight times do change beyond the passenger's control.

      Dear BBB, I made a reservation for a parking space for an upcoming trip. Here are a few details: Reservation ID: ******* Check-in Date: 3/10/23, 7:30pm Check-out Date: 3/17/23, 10:30pm I made the reservation online today, 3/6/23 at 1:37pm CST I have only paid $12.95, but have $85.29 remaining. AirportParkingReservations.com said they would email the receipt, "A copy of your receipt has been emailed to you." This did not happen. I am concerned it is a scam, as I realize I didn't book directly with the parking garage. I have contacted them via their website to cancel the reservation. I have not yet received a response. They do not have a phone number to call to cancel. My greatest concern is that they have my credit card information. Thank you for your help with this matter. Sincerely, ******* *******

      We received your request for a reservation cancelation on 3/6 and processed a full refund back to the card associated with the charge, the same day. I would advise that you contact your financial institution regarding this issue as any same day cancellation charge will simply disappear from your banking statement. I have attached a copy of the our response, after you emailed requesting the cancelation. If you don't see that correspondence, you might want to check your promotions/spam inbox in gmail. This may also be the inbox that your receipt was delivered too.
