    We have been using this company for five years and are near the end of our contract. We have two months left and requested via email for the machine to be picked up early as we are moving. We are giving them back their machine earlier and will still pay for the remaining two months. There was no response back to the email and instead a phone call from Pamela (the wife) rudely telling us they are at our office and we are not there for the pick up. We had just stepped away to have lunch and didn't know that a pick up was even scheduled since there was no confirmation or response to our request. We asked if we could be back in 45 minutes as we had left to have a quick lunch. We then receive a call from Taylor saying he would charge us for the hour that we are making them wait and was very defensive for a problem we didn't create. This is unacceptable and we have been loyal customers who pay each month on time for the past 5 years. After the machine was picked up, we made the request for a confirmation that there is no further commitment or charges after our contract was up. Taylor became irate and condescending saying "you would be hard press to get a cancellation confirmation and the contract end date is the contract end dated, Buddy". He was nasty about a simple request that would cover us in the scenario they decide to continue to charge us as they threatened to charge us for the hour for waiting to pick up the machine that they never confirmed a time for. Taylor also ended the conversation with "Have a nice life, Buddy" which is just beyond unprofessional and rude. We are the customer. We have done nothing wrong here to receive the attitude and disrespect from this company. We have been told this is how Taylor and Pamela operate and this not okay. You cannot run a business screaming at your paying customers because you fail to do your part of confirming a time and date or sending confirmations.
