    I have bought 3 of these pitchers now -- 1 for us & two as gifts. I TOTALLY trust this company. I started with the straws & took several to Africa with me. My child here in US was being extreme & drank from a puddle on our sidewalk -- the water was CLEAR thru the straw! It is a bit slow to filter, but no slower than the former (Brita) one I had & it takes out a LOT more -- you have to keep in mind WHAT IT'S DOING! :) I LOVE that they make a glass one -- but I don't trust our household NOT to break it, so I'm using the plastic one... but it has lasted a long time, with filter changes as suggested. A++

    If I could leave -5 stars I would. One star is too good of a rating for this company . Trash company do not buy anything from them. For whatever reason the filters in my picture which are supposed to last for seven months stopped working after two weeks. 20 ounces of water would take more than two days to go through the filters I emailed their customer service team trying to get help waited two weeks and absolutely nothing came back so I emailed them again. Waited two more weeks absolutely no response. They don’t have a number listed on their website so I managed to find one online somewhere and they just don’t answer. Seriously run from this company. They will just take your money and never help you with anything. I honestly don’t even think anybody’s working there except for the shipment fulfillment center. This is a garbage company and they should be shut down for Fraud.
