    Terrible management company I made a mistake hired them to help rented my property and they didnt deliver my property was ignored abandoned for 172 days I decided to terminate contract because I was tired of waiting for them to actually find a suitable tenant after several emails back and forth with no solution I decided to end contract then they email me and magically find a tenant they are Shady and do not care about your property they rather sit behind email and making you think that they are showing your property to potential clients thats not the case they are sending bogus emails and not really checking on your property or showing it all they are extremely unprofessional, terrible, terrible terrible I am extremely disappointed with the condition they left my condo after they never rented now Im stuck paying a cleaning company to come in clean the dust and dirt out. They refused to acknowledge their wrongdoing stay away at all cost. I will never forgive them for what they put me through they are pathetic liars stay way from them

    Terrible experience they have my property since August of ******************************************************************************* text my property was abandoned please stay away go elsewhere they dont care about your property Im extremely disappointed

    This company has been great to work with! They currently manage two properties of ours in *********************** and we have had zero issues with them. ******* *****, ******* ******** and ******* ****** have gone above and beyond with communication, setting up your portals, answering all of our questions, and expediting the rental process for our homes. They are always there when we need them and ******* is one of the bes property managers I have worked with. I will use them again for another rental property down the road.

    I’ve been with Bay management group for over four years. We recently worked with Desiree Burns. She was very helpful and knowledgeable of the market and was able to rent our unit without much difficulty. She was very attentive. Kristin , our property manager is excellent and has been extremely communicative and helpful. Although, we’ve have had challenging tenants at times BMG have been very fair with holding them accountable. For fair balance, we have kept the place in excellent condition and expect the same courtesy from our tenants. Bay management group is the right group for us. I would absolutely recommend them.

    Im currently working with **** at Bay Property Management Group to rent out my condo in Washington, DC, and so far, the experience has been excellent. **** has been incredibly helpful, patiently answering all of my many questions along the way. Hes made sure I understood every aspect of the process, which has been invaluable since this is my first time using a property management company after 28 years of renting my property.After checking reviews on many property management companies, I chose Bay Property Management Group for their excellent reputation and the value they provide. Their support has given me peace of mind throughout the process. **** has also been incredibly responsive, which made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. We have completed the necessary paperwork, and I feel confident moving forward based on how smoothly everything has gone so far.Once the process is complete and I have a tenant, Ill be sure to update my review to reflect how everything continues to progress.

    Be weary of this company. As with most all they care about maximizing profits at the detriment of their clients. They price ***** for the littlest service. $85 to drop off a lockbox....$2800 for painting (which they require, I'm sure to get a kickback). Biggest issue is they will put anyone inside your property and pass them off as a good tenant. 3 months after not being able to find a tenant I told them I wanted to cancel our contract and gave them 30 days. At day 29 they magically found a tenant. They told me everything checked out, but after the first month the tenant stopped paying. *** just continued to give me the run around and did not communicate. Oh and if the tenant doesn't pay you still have to pay their management fee. 16k later and luckily the tenant left on own accord. *** did not take ownership and ignored that the tenant had a 550 credit score! (which I found out too later). I would never recommend this company to anyone.The only shinning star was my property manager ******* who did everything she could to convey information and help get the tenant out. She put in a lot of work after hours. If not for her I would give *** zero stars.

    I can only rate the leasing aspect of this company so far. I am a new client. ***************************************************** are top tier in their roles - they are knowledgeable, efficient, and communicative throughout the leasing process for my property. ***** is diligent and cannot recommend her enough. This review does not pertain to property management services, which will be in a separate review.
