I had a home improvement loan through this credit union. After it was paid off they kept $711 of my funds in the savings account I was forced to open with them at the beginning of the loan. It took me almost a month to get the funds out of the account and close it - their automated answering system says it is best to email them but they never respond. 0/10 for customer experience.
