  This builder is the worse. Our roof failed at the yr mark and it has been repaired 3 times at our cost since. Cheap cabinets, poor finished carpentry. Shortcuts left and right. We have been here 3 yrs. So far we had roof failure, electrical issues, exploding pantries, creaks on the floors, cracked beams, wood rot, basement leaks, drywall failures, misaligned windows, leaky toilets and on and on.

  Don't trust this builder! Our home is barely 3 yrs old and last year we discovered that the workmanship on the roof installation was bad. We had 3 repairs and leaks due to poor installation but they won't help because as far as they are concerned the roof was only warranted for a single year. So why bother putting on good shingles if the workmanship voids the quality of the shingles in the first place? We had many issues with our home since moving in but this is by far the worst issue and they won't take ownership of the problem.

  Ms. Alvarez, How upsetting to us that you feel this way! We take great pride in our work and have been building homes for over 40 years. The fact that we have been in business for this many years speaks to our quality of craftsmanship. Our customer service team had been in constant contact with you to ensure warrantable items had been fixed. The builder warranty expired in September 2022. In addition, roof leaks are only part of the year 1 coverage. As previously discussed with you, any questions regarding your remaining warranty can be answered by Residential Warranty Corp. at 888-519-9852, or by email at [email protected].

  There are 60 homes in this subdivision, 59 of them are occupied and thus far I happen to know of 15 homeowners in my immediate vicinity who are extremely angry and disappointed with your product. (I just happen to be the most vocal about it). To the point: the house is less than 3 years old. I had the roof repaired twice already and will be doing so again on the near future. I got water leaks caused by IMPROPER installation of the roof shingles. If this is not a reflection of the quality of your product then I don't know what is! Your extended warranty does not cover the roof either past the 1 yr mark so why do you bother installing good shingles in the first place, since you void their quality by hiring sub-par installers?
