Daughter used Cerebral for 2 months but we cant afford to pay $360 each month. They prescribed two medications with no refills each month. Shes been out of medication for nearly a month now as they wont refill if youre not able to pay. She should be able to get at least six months of refills after the medication was proven to be helpful. These people are in the mental health business for profit only.Cerebral

DO NOT USE CEREBRAL! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! I was researching various online therapy companies and entered my info into the Cerebral site. In order to see what they offer, you need to enter your credit card info. Then they send therapist suggestions. But first, I received an email saying I needed to enter more info in order to continue. By then, I had decided not to use Cerebral so I didn't enter my info. In the meantime, I received ONE therapist suggestion. He was recently graduated so of course those credentials wouldn't be enough to work with someone twice his age with decades more life experience. Flash forward, months later, I went to fund my HSA account and it was almost cleared out and empty! CEREBRAL HAD BEEN SIPHONING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT EACH MONTH! I called to resolve the issue and said to go through y account and see that not I hadn't even entered all my info in order to continue! Cerebral had been stealing $325 each month from my HSA account and said it's like ******* and like a streaming service. So now I see how professional they are, and dishonest, taking advantage of people's mental health. They refused to go through my account to see that I had not even used any services or entered all my info. Over $3,000 completely stolen from me. I repeat: DO NOT USE CEREBRAL! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS and will steal your money from your account!Cerebral

They took an unauthorized payment out of my moms card that we didnt even share with the site, more than once, when my mom looked at her bank statements. Three times, to be exact. Theyre coming up with every excuse to not give her, her money back. Theyre saying I need to change the card on my account to a different card (even though I already shouldve had my card on the account, as Ive given a lady named ***** my card information that shouldve automatically been associated with my account when I gave her MY card information), in order for them to give my mom a refund. Even so, the card that they charged was a card that wasnt active anymore, and shouldnt have been able to be charged in the first place.Cerebral

Cerebral has been inconsistent and unhelpful. They arent there when you need them. A therapist may or may no show up for the appointment. They suddenly charged me $280 with no explanation and then a week later charged $365!!! $645 for WHAT? Unacceptable and they are aloof when you try to get answers and say no refunds are possible. This is literally the worst service. They have worsened my mental health rather than help it.Cerebral

I was an unfortunate patient of Cerebral. In 2022, my mental health was in a severe decline and had a hard time receiving any help. I didnt like my first prescriber as she seemed to not care about my well being. When asked to change my prescriber, I was unable to find any in my area from the link provided. When i was finally assigned, the new provider didnt show up to 2 appointments so i had to reschedule. She also clearly didnt care for my well being either during each of the sessions. She clearly worked from home and I could hear people walking in the room she was in on the hardwood floors and watching tv in the background, which is a HIPAA violation. I didnt say anything the first appointment, but when I heard it again on the second appointment, I asked her and she said it was kids playing outside, which it clearly was not. On our last appointment, she told me she could no longer help me because the medications shes prescribing arent working and that I needed to either go to the ** for a mental health check or check in to a mental health facility, when she knew i was not suicidal at all. I was severely sick (chronic stomach condition that worsens with anxiety/stress) and lost 30 lbs. in 3 months and she still didnt do anything to help me. I terminated my account on 9/27/2022. Fast forward to today, i had 3 charges, which i was told was for the copays. The problem is, i only see one of those charges through my insurance, after I was asked to reach out to my insurance. I asked why theyre able to charge without authorization and without invoices if Im no longer a patient with them. They said it was in the contract. When i asked for a copy of the contract theyre referring to, they said they could not provide it because 1. I was no longer a patient, and 2. They dont have a copy of mine.Cerebral

When i reached out to Cerebral SEVERAL times about this HIPAA violation and poor treatment when it was happening, all i kept getting told is your prescriber is under review and NEVER received any word of the outcome. My first therapist didn't show up for my scheduled session. I then called to see what happened and when I tried to reschedule, found out that this therapist didn't even have any available dates for the next 6 months. I tried a different therapist but she only showed up for one session. She didn't show up for my next session. When I called Cerebral support, they said that they were sorry but had no explanation for what happened. I then told them that I wanted a refund because out of 3 sessions, a therapist had only showed up to one. I didn't feel comfortable continuing with their service. They said that they could only offer me a 50% refund because I completed one session and refused to let me talk to a manager about my experience with their service.Cerebral

2 starsI really liked my subscriber and therapist but after canceling my subscription and not being *****ed a refund for a third month (which I understood and accepted because the billing cycle had already charged) the software did not allow me to schedule with my therapist provider for the remaining three weeks. I explained this many times by message, email, and ********* The links they provided still did not recognize my subscription. After one week, all of our correspondence dissapeared from the portal. They refuse to ***** me a refund or credit, but took my $300 for only one session that month. This is not okay.Review fromHannah R

I was prescribed a medication with a black box warning without being informed, and their system randomly stopped giving me access resulting in me not being able to renew my prescription. I was violently ill for an entire month from the withdrawal and it could have killed me. On top of that, their therapists aren't ************** therapists and they give dangerous advice to their patients. Any alternative is better than this.Review fromAsh O

Really wanted this to be a good investment for my mental health but instead my anxiety among other things have been exasperated..* The monthly rate to get help is disgusting considering the people they are help usually have some of their issues due to financial stress. *They have developed shady practices to the point even the care council teams are saying in the sessions they don't know what's going on or how long they'll be employed.*If you ask to speak with leadership, you're told they only exist virtually and have no way of being contacted or making contact with anyone and that they only "speak to and through the support reps via a IM chat".Cerebral

DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM!!! The therapist I used was constantly eating during our sessions. Twice she stopped our session to speak to her husband ( she works from home ). I had to ask her multiple times to send me documents she was supposed to send me for my care. Then she emailed me someone elses document with personal information so I cancelled my membership. I tried one more time with my son and a different therapist but when trying to schedule a follow up visit ( after he already had 2 ), the care team stated she had no room for him anymore and would schedule him with someone else. I called and spoke to TWO different representatives who refused to help so I am done with Cerebral. They should be ashamed at their business practices!Cerebral
