    I have never had any issues with the company. The price is a bit more than I would like to pay or I would give it five stars. In the heat of summer, the pharmacy had sent it without the cold pack but it still was fine. I live in the deep South and prefer it shipped with ice in the summer months. I have been taking the Semaglutide for over a year now and I went from 165 to 125 and I am keeping it off. You still need to work out or you will lose muscle and look thin but sloppy. I was double charged once and they took care of it immediately. I had to leave my number, and someone called me back in 24 hours. Over all I am very pleased, my A1C and cholesterol have improved though I was only taking it for the weight loss. I did get a little nauseous in the begininng.

    My issue with RexlexMD is their practice of demanding their patients to send them monthly photographs “wearing tight fitting closes” holding up Drivers License? Just to get a next month refill?! This is over the top request seeking to embarrass and humiliate people willing to pay them $500 a month to loose weight. As experienced health care provider and patient care advocate with over 10 years in health care, plus over 30 years of successful legal experience, I find their practice to be very unethical, and sketchy. I found my “prescribing doctor” on Linked Inn, but his profile never mentions affiliation with Reflex MD. It’s been brought to my attention that ReflexMd tried to remove my honest negative review from Trustpoint who solicited it from me. Too bad, public deserves to know shady businesses like this one and avoid them at all cost. Making excuses in their “privacy policy” that they don’t have to adhere to HIPAA standards is even bigger red flag.

    ordered one month..got charged for 4 months..($1200).canceled after receiving first shipment ..got refund of $800...today another charge on $400 and shipment delivered to our old address....no supervisors on duty...no customer service....no one able to verify cancellation ...total run around..

    Wish I would have read these reviews before I signed up. Medicine should have been delivered within 5 days of July 19th. Still nothing. They keep blaming the pharmacy. It got to the point customer service would respond to my emails with just …. Trying to cancel and get my money back. We will see if it happens. Someone is supposed to call me back within the week. Ridiculous!

    Absolutely nightmarish. They lure you in with your initial purchase of $297 and then rebill you $497 without consent , and you’ll never receive that second package. Try to cancel your membership and they’ll require a thesis statement as to why via email . Try to request a refund and they’ll deny you, but they’ll offer you a fraction of the refund and the product YOU NEVER RECEIVED IN THE FIRST PLACE with no eta. I wish I had read the reviews before I gave them my card, this company is a total joke. Staff will not help you and management is nonexistent . Scam artists

    I ordered Semiglutide from ReflexMD at the same day when my doctor found out asked me to cancel it, which I did. I got the confirmation that the order was canceled to my surprise. Six days later the order showed up on my door step with ice package surrounding to order being warm, when I contacted customer service she said that the pharmacy ignored the request and if I’m not happy with the order, I can discard it and that was the extent of it. I feel like this is a scam based on patient desperation to lose weight with a very poor customer service. Do yourself a favor. Don’t order go to your doctor and discussed ordering medication through your doctor. Avoid This company at all cost.

    They won't cancel; they will keep taking your money. No one is ever available to chat on the phone. They took $497 at the first and end of the month, so technically it is a scam about paying only 399 a month. It is costing me $1000 a month.
