Nov 13 2021. Very shady operation. I have been dealing with them for 5 or more years. Each visit is worse than the last. First tune up cost 1000 dollars after I had my vehicle for a few months. Today they want to charge me over 900 dollars for an airbag fix that they previously repaired for 400 dollars. First repair lasted less than 1 month. I would not recommend this dealership. It is the only local one so I come here out of necessity. I will have to travel to locate a reputable service company for my volkswagen.

I understand your concern with the cost of service going up, prices have gone up since your last service on your airbag in 2 years.
