Shirley ******* sold our house for us and was just amazing. This was my wife and I's first house and we didn't have much time to sell. She helped us so much! She turned what we dreaded and were worried about into a pain-free process. We appreciate her so much for all that she did for us and we will miss getting to see her. Thank you so much Shirley!

Keller Williams was highly recommended to us by our Pa. Realtor As we have concluded the sale, we felt strongly in letting you know the disappointing facts of this sale. This is related to the KW rep Facts: 1. No open houses were ever scheduled. 2. Showings. 6/17 - 6/23 (9) w/ (3) cancelations/no shows. 3. 6/24-6/29. (4) w/ (1) cancelation/no show. 4. House showing to Buyer pre-approved for < $405k. 5. We repeatedly had to emphasize the “as is” sale criteria. 6. No showings were generated from any other source besides MLS. 7. no leads were generated by our agent. Every time we called she was showing other houses?? 8. Monica of KW did not generate any showings on her part. 0. Unproductive. 9. KW should have been on top of the title/settlement team, streamlining, throughout the process. There was too much involvement on our part to perform duties that the KW team should have been facilitating 10. Deficient in quick and clear communication. 11. Primarily located in Delaware. We were on the low list of priorities. She was showing other houses. Why not ours? 12. not motivated in implementing innovative marketing strategies. Relied solely on mls. 13. Was not a great negotiator. 14. Acted more like a messenger rather than guidance through closing. In closing, it was very disappointing as to how this transaction played out. We believe if these actions had not occurred, we would have been in a better position to reach our $435k sales price goal.
