      they do not accept card, I called to pay through phone and they do not do that, I am out of state and maps took me through delaware, they refused my appeal because I had to pay, they tacked on stuff like administrive fee, and funds for ambulance and violent crimes. this is a predetory company, and you are better off not going through deleware if you can help it.

      Because my EZ Pass account was deactivated, I unintentionally skipped a $4 toll. Unfortunately, Delaware EzPass costs an additional $50. I tried to haggle over the pricing, but that section is unprofessional and doesn't care.

      Started to charge me a "maintenance fee" of $1.50 PCM even if I didn't use a toll road. Waiting time for someone to answer the phone 40 (forty) minutes. You have no alternative, so they don't care.

      I can't even bother. I contacted E-Z Pass MA because I received a toll charge for insufficient funds in NH. When I called to inquire on why they told me my credit card had expired in 2022 even though the expiration online was Jan 2024. When I asked why the records were different online the first person said they didn't know why and I was still responsible. When I told him I could provide screen shots of the online system he told me there is no way to verify because I could have made a modification to the system and just taken a screenshot basically accusing of lying. The second person I spoke with suggested the website may show something different than what they have in their systems if I use Google Chrome even though I was using Microsoft Edge to view it. She told me a notice of expiration went out in 2022 however I did not receive it and she told me they don't send emails and couldn't send me the expiration email to dispute it. Since it was a small fine I was going to move forward and just renew it however when I asked the agent if they would be able to confirm changes I made online updated systems on her end she hung up. At this point I just want to make sure what I do online matches their system and they can't even be bothered to help me.

      E-zpass is charging people for nothing and holding our money on their account, they are changing replenishment amount without giving you option, it is always happening. most important is that it is non stop, they just robed people , please help us to do something with that money laundering company named "E-zpass". stop that MAFIA please,

      I don't even know what to say about E-Z Pass NY. They charged me $50 in late fees on a $4 toll that was 2 months overdue, despite me having paid it. I paid that and setup EZpass to avoid this a second time. Entered banking and credit card information and select pay as you go. Just got a notice that I had a $20 fine because my bank and credit card information was not working and I hadn't paid the balance. What balance, it was pay as you go? 1 hour on the phone and both operators kept saying the same thing..it removes accounts automatically when it fails. Why didn't you notify me? It removes it automatically. You have my email why didn't you notify me? They should have. Why didn't you use the credit card the website specifically said it would use as backup? It removes it automatically. What a joke, or at least it would be if it didn't keep costing me so much money. Criminals don't usually charge this much and are a lot more fair than this organization.

      I’m a Lyft driver ez pass turned my account to auto pay and wanted to take 115 dollars to replenish my account when I don’t even have enough on my card this is a scam this isn’t right to those who live in New York. They put account on auto pay without ur permission

      This is a SCAM! If you decide to pass through the State of New York and have to pay a toll, you do it online and they create an account. What they DON'T TELL YOU is that every month they will charge you $1 for a "service fee" and keep your card on file. They also remove $16 for a tag (I NEVER WANTED OR NEEDED OR REQUESTED). They make it IMPOSSIBLE to close the account! I am still in the process of closing the account after 1 YEAR!!!! This place should be investigated!!!!!

      I wanted to close my account so I sent my transponders back, I got charged because the mail truck went through tolls. I called customer service and they said that they saw the discrepancy, he said they would take care of it. Month later I received a notice they closed my account. I called they said I need to pay the tolls or a collection agency will come after me. I learned I could use a form to dispute the charges, but they locked me out of my online account so I can't get any of the information. I feel like they could be doing something but are too lazy and unorganized to take care of this. I am probably going to need to pay the $159. To a billion dollar industry that is not much money, but for the everyday person that is. I feel helpless wnd feel like I've been taken advantage of. I don't know how some people sleep at night knowing they work for crooks. This is the definition of highway robbery

      From customer service to the fees. EZ pass is definitely corrupt with a lack of morals. A few months ago we were hit with $99 fee on less than $20 of tolls that we were never notified on. I have an EZ pass and have been paying it. So we sent them a check with the actual balance and not the fees. They cashed my check but never updated the account and ignored our request. We were robbed by EZ pass
