    I received the same generic email about my order,this is definitely a scam.Tell everyone on your social media,and quilting sites do not order from this company

    Like many of the other reviews, I ordered and never received my order. Numerous emails and phone calls and silence. At one point I did receive an email that said it was going to ship soon. That was weeks ago. This is a scam!! Started dispute process to get my money back. Don’t order from Quilt Comfort!!

    I ordered 2/18/24 two items (jelly roll and quilt pkg), I can’t phone the 833 number on the site (says incorrect number), emailed and only receive automated response. I think this is a scam on Facebook

I believe you may have called the wrong number. Please refer to the contact page on our website for all our correct contact information. We are always here and willing to assist. We were in communication with you regarding your order. Your package was delivered to your neighbor by USPS, and you later informed us, "My neighbor brought the package by." It appears that the shipping company delivered the package to the wrong house. We have over 200,000 customers, and while a very small percentage may have issues with shipping, we understand and do everything we can to resolve those issues.     I am having the same issues as everyone else here. I ordered a quilt kit, December 19, 2023. The payment was immediately taken from my bank account. Received the confirmation for my order, then nothing. I emailed them to no avail. I noticed on the email sent by quiltcomfort, that it stated to contact the courier for shipping updates. I have done this, there is no new updates from them. I noticed that the shipping times were 6 to 15 days. I really would love to receive my order. The postal service in Idaho, is awaiting the item, still. I have tried contacting the business by phone, just rings then nothing. Getting extremely frustrated by the lack of communication from the business. I really don’t want to dispute the charges. But might be forced to. I still receive emails from them. But not what I have paid for. I don’t think I will do business with them anymore. I will have to see how much longer I have to wait until I get my order.

Regarding your order placed on December 19, 2023, we did experience a slight delay in receiving the fabric for our quilt packages. However, we communicated with you as follows: We informed you by email that there was a slight delay in receiving the fabric, but we were busy cutting, packing, and shipping to clear the backlog. We assured you that your package was in the queue and would be on its way soon, and we would send you the tracking details once dispatched. You responded with: "Thank you for the update." On January 4, 2024, we updated you further, letting you know that your package was on its way, and provided the tracking details: USPS Tracking. Additionally, we want to clarify that we did not take money directly from your bank account. When you paid for the goods, your bank and our credit card company processed the transaction as you approved it. This is how e-commerce works: the payment is authorized and processed before we ship the goods. We have over 200,000 customers, and while a very small percentage may have issues with shipping, we understand and do everything we can to resolve those issues.     Martha H Too many people complaining n you make up excuses. I ordered fabric for Christmas and have not received it yet. It will be too late to use it. If you ever send it to me or just plan to keep my money, I do want my money back if I don’t receive before Christmas.

We have over 200,000 customers, and we ship and deliver fabric every day. Sometimes shipping can be slow, and we explain our process of producing these wonderful kits to customers across all our channels. While our kits are not custom, they do take time to put together depending on the specifics of the order. We communicate shipping with each customer to keep them informed about their order status.     I ordered 4 items mid November, received an email response that my order was received and being processed. I have not received any more correspondence regarding the order. I sent an email to customer service asking for the tracking information. Still, no response. Next step is to dispute the charges.

    I ordered and paid through PayPal and evidently a payment also was taken from my checkbook ng. Ordered beginning of October still no merchandise

This tracking number will give you access to the tracking information and confirm the delivery status of your order. Regarding the issue with the payment being taken from both your PayPal account and your checking account, this sounds like a matter that needs immediate attention. We certainly don't intend for any customer to be charged twice for a single order. It's important to note that we do not have the capability to directly charge your bank account. Any charges would have been initiated by you, possibly indicating a double order. If it turns out that there was indeed a double order placed on your part, please let us know.     Placed an order in September. Received an email stating the order was ready to be picked up by Usps and I would get tracking number when pickup. Two weeks later, still no word about shipping. I have called and left messages. I sent email (yes plural) and emails come back. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

    My wife ordered a kit from this company on July 23rd. When it arrived, it was short one 2 1/2" square. 7 emails to customer care and 3 phone calls later all we have is a promise that it would ship and we would receive a tracking number. We are now Sept. 19 and have not received the missing item or a tracking number. Based on other reviews on this site, Customer Care does not appear to be very responsive.

    I have sent about 5 emails requesting information on how to return my purchase and have not received a reply. I’ve ordered from them before and everything was fine. I will not purchase from them again and will not recommend them to anyone. My purchase was almost 100.00.
