            Purchased item on Saturday, June 1, 2024 online at retailmarket.net 82.03 spent (including 14.90 Priority 2-3 day shipping) Order status has been "In Process" for 8 days. Complaint: No response to email inquiries made on the website or from my personal email. No phone support to request a refund or order status. Many bad reviews on Google in the past few months, including my own. Will be reporting them on BBB as scam/fraud as well, if issue isn't resolved.             Not satisfied! Ordered a camera [order 1RO 8989] since May 23, 2024., which was listed as in stock and expected delivery day to be 8 days. I am still waiting. Needed it for my vacation and had to go and pick another one in the essence of time. Wrote two emails to follow up and a third to return my money. So far, I'm still waiting. 07/10/2024 EGG
