    Dear BBB, I filed complaint number 20412230 against the shipper directly but have not had a response so I am now filing a second complaint against Shiply. On July 16, 2023, I contracted with a shipper, ****** *********, through Shiply. He was supposed to pick up three items of furniture and deliver them. He requested a cashier's check of half of the amount, $350 which I sent. The post office confirmed that the cashier's check arrived. He never picked up the items and has not replied to my requests for a refund. This is just plain theft. I would like Shiply to refund me the $350 since they accepted him as a shipper in their company and he then stole from me. Thank you so much. All best,

    The first driver charged me extra money on top of the quote that I was given, and didn't deliver my item. No call, no show. Was able to get the money back that he charged me thru my credit card company. Shiply allowed me to relist the item. The second driver was from different company and was AWESOME! Very professional and kept me informed of the delivery.
