My wife and I were traveling from Virginia to Lancaster Pennsylvania in our motorhome. While in Lancaster we started have issues with the vehicle and it would not run or start. So after about 8 hours of being stranded and searching for a local motorhome repair shop we decided to have it towed to Bayshore Ford in New Castle Delaware. We needed a truck center to diagnose the issue due to the size of the vehicle. So it took about 2 days to diagnose the issue and a day to fix it. The Problem is that they made the repair but destroyed the inside of the vehicle. There are tears in the seats, tears in the arm rest, grease all over both front seats, grease on the front of the couch, even grease on the refrigerator door (not sure why they would enter the refrigerator). When they disassembled the instrument panel they removed the plastic dust cover and did not replace it. We had rented a vehicle while they were repairing the motorhome and could not pick it up before they closed. I made payment over the phone and picked it up later that day. Once I returned to Virginia, I called that Monday and spoke to a manager. He told me that the manager that oversaw that division was on vacation and would return my call once he returned. Well, that was 3 weeks ago and still waiting for that return phone call. My question is, how can you make a repair and charge someone $3,107.32 and cause $2,868.00 worth of damage to all of the furniture in the RV.? I can’t believe how a Ford dealership would operate this way. My recommendation is to show them the condition of your vehicle before they work on it. Do not do what I did and trust this dealership, their managers and definitely not their mechanics. I have 4 ford vehicles and only take them to Ford dealerships and never have issues here in Virginia. See the photos.

Bayshore Sold a truck to my company that has been breaking down since the first week it was purchased. I explained to the sales manager before their 5000 mike warranty was expired , that I requested to give the truck back , but the sales persons ran into action to fix any issues .. each time thereafter, the check engine lights come on and truck is malfunctioning, so after their “factory “ warranty expired they blew me off every time there was any issue with this truck . Lastly I took it to service in March and they gave me a $2500 bill for a job that wasn’t actually done, I let it sit there for a month , came to pick it up and guess what ?! Check engine lights were on , but the job was supposed to be done already , I spoke with the service director “John Colagiovanni” with a sickening attitude he says “it shouldn’t of been sitting here for a month , that’s why the lights came on (smh )with a loud tone also stating that to “leave and don’t come back “! All because I confronted them about the work actually being done . So the kicker is the fraudulent practices that was done in my face, they let me walk through the service area to get the truck , then they said I couldn’t walk through the service areas because of a insurance issue . “I’ve been told I could walk through there ever time I pick up the truck . “ so final situation with the mechanic, the director sends a mechanic with a handheld device to erase the codes that were showing up to get the check engine lights to go off , bringing me to the conclusion that , the initial work that was claimed to be done was never actually done because a check engine light doesn’t just come on because a truck is sitting ,I explained to the service director, and he gets irate and angry and threaten to call police because I was not satisfied with my service and held the truck until police got there .Moral of the story is if you have a check engine light , they will charge you as if the work was done but the codes will just be erased
