    Put car in shop for repairs and ASE Warranty won't cover the cost, answer my email, messages or phone calls. Also I can't reach the cancellation department for a refund.

    I purchased a warranty with ase protection for 2 of my vehicles. I have put my cars in the shop at different times and when advising the shop of this warranty no one answers the phone so I ended up having to pay out of pocket. I bought the total blue shield coverage and can’t even use it. I want my money back and will file a complaint with the district attorney.

    I purchased an extended car warranty from ASE on 3/6/23. When my credit card on file expired, the company allowed me to bring my account current by making a payment of approximately $424.00 around 8/14/2024. However, when I received my credit card statement, there was a charge for $824.00, but it was not listed as ASE insurance. On 9/4/2024, I took my car to the Mazda dealership, and ASE preauthorized the repairs. However, on 9/6/2024, I received a call from ASE stating that they had canceled my policy because the charge did not go through. I explained that their representative quoted the incorrect amount, leading to the charge being flagged by my credit card company. I also mentioned that Capital One had notified ASE but was awaiting a response. I stated that the charge would not have been reversed if ASE had responded. Additionally, I noted that it would have been helpful if the representative had explained that the company no longer charges under ASE. However, ASE indicated that my policy would remain canceled and they would not pay the claim they had agreed to cover. Mazda and I have made multiple calls to the company, spending approximately 20 hours on hold and often getting hung up on, with the promise that a supervisor would call back within 24 hours, which never happens. My car has been repaired, but the cost is over $ 3,000, and it is still sitting at the repair shop, waiting for ASE to pay for the authorized repair. Upon further research, I discovered that it seems ASE is no longer licensed to conduct business in the state of California.

    My shop and myself have made numerous attempts to contact this company to file a claim. They never respond. We tried using the online form (which we had no information that it existed - not in my contract) - no response.

    Bought auto warranty from this establishment, after several claim denials I requested a cancellation, I was sent a confirmation email of cancellation on March 5 2024, later on after not receiving a refund like I was told I would receive a pro rated refund and I was informed I had to send a notarized request which I did and was received on June 3, 2024 through a certified letter recieved by Catelin Wilson, I gave them time to process then contacted them again and they apparently lost the mailed request, so I emailed them copies on July 7 2024 and verified that they received my email with the evidence they requested, it is now September 4 2024 and I been trying to contact them several times and they do not even answer the telephone.

    Ase refused to pay for a covered service with my vehicle after multiple calls from the dealership. I cancelled the warranty and provided via mail and email all documents I was told to provide to obtain a refund for my warranty that was cancelled May 2024. I have been calling for months and keep being given different answers such as it is under review and then today being told the documents were never received.

    In November of 2022, I purchase a ASE Total Blue shield car warranty from ASE auto warranty. The amount I purchase the warranty was for $1849.00. My Contract VSC# 7173575, which will see on the second page( sorry for all the notes of speaking to people at ASE) the contract start date is not til 10/27/2024. I cancelled on 03/12/2024 at 1134am with ****. She confirmed the cancellation and I should get a check in 60 days. In latter May I decided to start calling to find out why I have not received check. They said they sent it out at the beginning of May i asked them to verify the address and they had the wrong address- they sent it to 208 instead of 2018 W. Rundberg is what they said. they said they will cut new check and will not be able to send out to end of the month. I called a few weeks later and they said they sent the check on 6/05/2024, never came. What they have done is fraud advertisement - Consumer Fraud or Deceptive Trade Practice Act.. I you look at all the complaints they all say the same. No refund , don't answer calls anymore. I am expecting my full refund ASAP. I want a check - don't act like you are going to send it to the CC vendor and when they don't get it you blame them. I want a full check sent to me. If you look up DTPA- you will see that you will be responsible for all court and attorneys fee. The courts can also fined you three time the amount for fraud. Respond in my favor or I will have to take the legel actions that I know I will win. Plus when everyone else finds out that this is DTPA what do you think they will do. I will drop all claims if you just do what you said you would do- refund me the entire amt.

    I placed a request for vehicle repairs & paid out of pocket in April 2024. Per this company a check was to be mailed out. It's now August & I have yet to recieve this check. I have spoken to several individuals at this company and ASE informed me that an investigation/review had to be done ( in May) since no check was recieved. After the review/investigation a second check was to be sent out. NO call or update in June or July regarding this issue. I've personally had to call ASE several of times inquiring about this, only for this company to tell me they send out checks twice a month. It has been 4 months since the repair service and ASE has not followed up with me or can't find the check they mailed out to me. I would NEVER recommend the ASE Automotive Company unless the person wants to give them your hard earned money willingly. The customer service is horrible, they dont cover any major service issues (and if they do, the ASE company won't pay for labor) and when you finally get a hold of someone, the representatives all have attitude. The representatives treated me as if I lied about recieving the check. Again, I have been very patient in waiting for my money and if no response or action occurs, I will now be forced to seek legal counsel. I am simply asking for the money that is rightfully due to me. I submitted all paperwork as requested by ASE and I am still dealing with this headache. I hope no one else falls victim to this scam of a company and that this review helps aid people in the future when it comes to purchasing additional vehicle coverage.

    As of February 2023 I had my car repaired with the an approved claim from ASE. My vehicle got repaired and I received as of yet the repair shop has not received their payment from ASE. But to be in good standard with the shop that repaired my KIA Sorento I paid them our of my pocket, after 10 months of trying to collect the payment from ASE. Now am trying to collect that portion which is $150.00, but every time I call it takes about half an hour to an hour to get an answer. Which is takes time from my work. I called to let them know that I have not received my payment and this is the answer I get."That it was sent (in which they send payments at the end of each month by mail) So they call finance department and I get they have to investigate. Finally they after months of investigation they said they sent it on July 5th 2024, we are now on July 30th and no payment has been received. I have asked them if they can send it electronically, "we don't do electgronically" I worked at a bank do you know that it only takes 25 mins just to investigate if a check has been cleared, not months. so Yes now am asking for 300.00 incompensation of the time I have to take from work to call them and be on hold. Time is to valuable. STill NO PAYment

    In September 2022, I purchased an extended warranty for my 2017 Audi Q7, good for 3 years and/or 50,000 miles. I have a document confirming that fact. I was told by the sales representative, ******* *****, that the warranty would cover the car I was told by the sales representative, ******* *****, that the warranty would cover the car "from bumper to bumper," excluding common wear items like brake pads and rotors. I had no claims for many months after purchase. I then had a claim in July of 2023, when one of my headlights began showing an error code, though no fault in the component itself was appeared. An authorized Audi dealer said the solution was to replace the component. ASE denied the claim, saying that headlights were excluded. This was news to me. After many phone calls and unreturned emails to ASE, they continued to refuse to repair,. Then in June 2024, the starter on my car started to fail. This seems like a clear issue that the warranty should cover. I took it to my Audi dealer and they started a claim. After 10 days, ASE came back with a denial saying that a previous repair has not been completed. This was not true; we provided an invoice indicating a completed repair. They further said that the fault was the result of "negligent ownership" and they would not be responsible. This made no sense. The starter is an independent system, and should clearly be covered. After weeks of lack of response, ASE is again refusing to live up to the service they said they would provide. Since this began, I have read reviews of ASE on Trustpilot and Yelp. They are filled with similar experiences – huge delays, concocted unreasonable excuses for denial, and in many cases, failure to pay the shop that performs a repair they do approve. I am seeking a full refund of the amount I paid them, as they have completely failed to deliver any of the service promised. I feel exploited personally by false claims of "coverage" and would like to see others avoid that fate.
