    I sent a check to this company on June 22,20024 to pay off this account. I was told it would take found weeks for the check to post and the account be closed. This company claim they cannot locate the check and they are still taking money from my account. I sent a copy of the canceled check and I did inform them the check had cleared their bank. I have spoken to several people at the company regarding this issue and no one has gotten back to me regarding this issue.

    This company is charging over the credit line that was applied for. Credit limit was 1750.00 now states 1932.50 but on my credit report states 1803.00 !! for the pass 2/3 years now I have been working to improve my credit score but believe this credit line will affect it due to me not paying them the extra fees they are charging !! I will pay them back what is owed but nothing more !!! Basically they are charging 4-5,000 dollars interested to pay them back, very much so unacceptable and a scam !!!!!!!!!!

    I took this loan in an emergency. It is is clearly predatory. One of their claims is that they make everything transparent in terms of fees and interest. No interest? Sure. The billing cycle fee? That is the crazy part. I was paying $320 a month and only $40 of it was going to principal. It put me in a wayyyy deeper hole. AND THAT CHARGE IS SPLIT $160 EVERY RWO WEEKS. So every time I get a paycheck, boom they take that money. I called to see if there was any options for hardships and they said no. I just want to pay back what I took out but that amount is going up crazyyyy every month. I just want out and I don’t know how I will ever get out of this.

Yeah, so you sent me back the terms of my agreement. I see that. That does not mean that it’s not confusing the way that you charge a “billing cycle” fee and not interest, and does not mean that it doesn’t mean that it’s not an outrageously expensive line of credit.  You stated that you all being a predatory lender is categorically false. Well I hate to break it to you but read allllllllll the other comments in here. Also I called to see if I could get help with curing the debt, and your agent was rude and told me I had no options.     October 2022 I applied and received a loan for $1,225. I was told I had 12-16 months to pay it off. I recently realized that I am still paying off this loan and called to see how much longer I had to keep paying it and I was told there’s no date to pay it off that it’s a revolving door of credit and that the payment I’ve been paying is a fee and a minimal amount goes towards the actual loan itself and that I had to keep paying with a higher amount to pay it off sooner! I asked for my contract with them and was told “don’t you still the original contract” and I explained I do not and I’ve tried to print it and cannot do that either! I would like to have this resolved as soon as possible with my old contract and a refund from the last 17 months. I did not agree to have a revolving line of credit. I agreed to have a loan and a pay off time set.

    Dear Credit Fresh, I do not accept you response to my previous complaint regarding an adjustment. According to your truth of lending, payment is applied to the account the day it is recieved. Payment was taken out on, 9/5/2024 - $117.50, 8/22/2024 - $102.50, 8/8/2024 - $65, 7/25/2024 $65. Each payment is applied to my balance two weeks after my payment is debited from my account. As stated in the truth of statement paragraph two (2) (ii) Monthly Line of Credit All payments are credited to your Account effective the day they are received by us.

    I've paid $297 so far. Only 27.50 of that has been applied It takes them a week to apply my payment and in the meantime they continue to tack on charges to the previous amount not the new amount. My last payment was $202 now my next payment is $117. Another words there is no way to pay off this loan.

    Greetings, I found this lending service earlier this year and applied for various loan amounts to help sustain my financial expenses as I continued looking for a higher paying position. This service appeared to be very credible, making deposit requests from my line of credit was a very easy process and I was even provided with a generous line of credit. What I did not realize was that which each payment I was making to resolve my debt, an $85 billing charge was being applied to my existing balance, and this was never reflected on my bank account or statements because it was not showing as a charge but more of a maintenance fee on their own statements. I have requested only seven deposits from the time I found this service until the 5th of July which was my last requested deposit. The borrowed amount comes up to $1583.53, but I have made principal payments in the amount of $697.55 as well as the seven billng charges in the amount of $85 ($595.00) which would bring my total balance down to $290.98. Each billing charge of $85 would set me back for every $99 payment and I do believe that this is a condition of deceptive loan practices because only my most recent payment is shown and not the entire history. I am requesting a billing adjusment of the total balance owed that is reflected on my account, as it currently has $1578.98 as my current balance. I have paid in $1292.55 for this loan and though I could not recognize what was being done in my time of financial distress, I believe that these are unethical business practices for a loan company that appeared so trusting. I have provided sufficient documentation proving that the amount that I have paid so far I closer to what I have borrowed than whatever is showing on my account. The billing cycle charges are intentionally added to make sure that the person borrowing the amount of money can not pay off their loan unless ridiculous amount of payments has been made and people need to be aware of this. I know how much I borrowed and how much I have paid. I do not agree or submit to the communications sent to me as they mentioned the $85 monthly charge was a “billing cycle charge”. Whatever it is, it was not being applied to my total amount and kept my balance from being paid off and it was always $85, there was no fluctuation.     Creditfresh is utilizing predatory lending practices in order to circumvent proper lending practices. They do not advertise illegal rates of interest, but instead are circumventing the legal acceptable rates by implementing “billing cycle fees” at dramatically higher rates than principal costs. Nearly 7x the normal amount of principal that is due for payments.
