Shame on Amazon. No mention that it was a refurbished computer until you go well deep into the information. As soon as my last two products are delivered I'm closing my Amazon account. They know this is a b******* company and yet they allow them. Shame on all of them.

PCONLINE sold me a Lenova desktop through Amazon that only operated for 4 months, I found out after it failed that it had NO WARRANTY, they did not contact me to help after messaging thro Amazon. The machine appears to have failed with a catastrophic failure, cycled on and off continuously with no video, not a chance of me troubleshooting this without service help. I have yet to hear from them.

I purchased this laptop in April 2024. In August of 2024 the hard drive stopped working. It was sent to HP for warranty work. HP informed me that when they opened up the laptop someone had installed a third party hard drive and HP voided the warranty and sent it back to me. I contacted Amazon and after some time they agreed to give me a refund. I had to ship the laptop to the third party seller PCOnline US. I shipped the laptop and after PCOnline received it, they informed Amazon that it was not the laptop they sent me. I have the original box and I checked the serial number on the box (which was covered up by a white label) and the serial number on the laptop and the are different. Amazon now refuses to honor the refund and PCOline has the broken laptop. I am out over $1,000+ and I don't have a laptop. What an unethical way to conduct business.

I ordered an HP desktop that was fulfilled by Amazon. When the desktop arrived, there was absolutely nothing inside or on the box indicating that this machine had originated from a manufacturer. The machine itself, upon arrival, would turn on, but the video card was defective. Even the way this machine was packaged in their box was indicative that this product came from literally anywhere other than a manufacturer or authorized reseller. I do not recommend buying from this seller and seriously wonder if their business model is built from shipping defective, open-box units with expiring (or expired) manufacturer warranties and turning a profit on their restocking fees.

As stated by others here, do not buy from them. Similar to another review below, I ordered an Acer Aspire and with all battery saving features engaged and with no additional software installed and only using a browser, the battery drains in less than 3 hours. They refuse to address the problem even though I sent it in for evaluation. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Avoid this vendor at all cost. I bought ASUS newest Viobook laptop though Amazon but failed to notice that I was buying from a third party. I bought it as I was travelling out of USA for almost 4 months and during that found Laptop was not working as the battery was dying in a short time. Upon coming back I contacted AMZN and I returned the brand new Laptop as it was. This vendor neither replaced the laptop nor tried to fix the problem with the battery. They charged me $ 436.06 for restocking fee and returned only $ 143.00. Amazon tried several times to get my money back but this vendor did not do anything. They received the new Laptop back and also kept my $ 436.06. Never buy anything from PCOnline.US

I ordered a laptop from them, and am very disappointed. The box it came in said Windows 11, but it was actually Windows 10. There were no decent instructions--it was very frustrating trying to use it. It wouldn't even let me add the Google chrome app, which would have probably worked much better.

I purchased an Acer Aspire 5 laptop from this company last summer to use in my spare time for checking emails etc. I didn't need to use it for much as I am extremely busy during the evening with a physical job. I decided to lease it through Affirm and I purchased it through Amazons platform. Once I started to use the laptop a little bit more frequently, I noticed that it wasn't holding a charge very well. It charged a couple of times, but after a while, it wouldn't charge at all anymore. I tried moving to different outlets throughout the house to make sure it wasn't something I was doing wrong. Other things charged in that same outlet just fine. So I decided to contact Amazon and explain the situation, and although I had missed the return window, they sent me a label and allowed me to return it. I returned this in the middle of March, and have only heard a couple of responses back from PCOnline. They are claiming they have to charge a 20 to 50 percent restocking fee since I didn't have the original box. They will not be specific about it, and they have not contacted Affirm on my behalf to get my loan stopped. Amazon is working with me to get in contact with them but I will never ever purchase from this company again and will do everything I can do prevent others from buying from them if they do not set this right. They are dodging me and Im afraid I will have to continue making payments on this which is outrageous to me because I do not even have possession of it anymore. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

BEWARE! I bought what I thought was an HP 17.3” touch screen with 2TB and 64gb RAM (as advertised by PC Online on Amazon). The laptop was inoperable. PC Online tried to help over the phone. No luck. They suggested I send it directly to HP for warranty service. HP said it’s not covered since the machine was MODIFIED and does not fall within the configuration for that model. They do not have 2TB for that model AND the HP RAM had been replaced. These changes were incompatible with the HP BIOS. HP said, “this is fraud (selling the laptop as HP with HP warranty, but modified with other manufacturer parts, voiding the warranty).” HP wanted $481 to fix it. They kept it past the 30-day return period. I passed on the $481 fix and I returned it to PC Online. Even though this whole debacle was caused by them, and I couldn’t even use it, they kept $429 as a return fee! My daughter also bought an HP laptop with slightly different configuration in the same Amazon order. We found out how to check her RAM through Settings. It had also been replaced. Her laptop runs pretty slow. As she tries to open websites, the sites sit white for a couple of minutes before loading. PC Online will not answer my calls or emails. They get the machines back and can resell them, but keep 50% of the price without any explanation. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Purchased an HP laptop from them through Amazon that never worked correctly and even HP couldn’t fix. They charged me a 50% restocking fee on a defective laptop! Stay away from this company!
