  Purchased tickets to a local venue unknown to us that this was a third party ticket seller. After completing the purchase process and waiting to receive an email for 2 days, no email. After more research we found Goticket prices were 2x more than the venue’s price. We called Goticket, because they say 100% customer guarantee! The first call yielded nothing, they “supposedly resent the email but again no email, even checked spam and junk folders, and email address was correct! We called back a second time and lo and behold we got the same operator! I gave them another email address to send the information to, and discussed the 100% guarantee and requested numerous times to be put through to a supervisor or manager, to no avail. At last the email finally came through. Buyer Beware!!!!

  I am not the one to normally speak negatively about anyone but I believe in order to help someone else, I should tell my experience with this business. I bought some tickets to Disney on ice and go tickets professed that I needed a parking ticket. So I bought one trying to be prepared and make things easier when I take my daughter to see the show for hr birthday. Everything went well with getting her there but when I got inside the show, I was told by one of the security that I didn't need a parking, that Disney on ice is always free parking. Once I returned home, I called go tickets and requested a refund. In addition, their page stated if sale is NOT to the customer's satisfaction, they are able to receive a refund. The representative consistently spoke around and had a way to go against everything I stated to him. Continued to say he understood, but I know he didn't because that was not right. He continued to offer me a $10 credit or $10 back. However I paid $54 for the parking ticket. This was highly unprofessional and as a business they should always have things in place in case if situations present themselves such as this. I will NOT ever deal with this company again and I will let other people know about them so that they do not get scammed and tricked as I did. Please could someone do something about this business and how they are messing people over.

  told me tickets were sent to my phone by the seller, over and over again. They were never there,either in email or spam .after several days had the ticket sale taken off my credit card, filed a dispute which I lost and the ticket price back on my card yet NO TICKETS.. Called Gotickets and after several minutes on hold was told to take it up with my credit card company. Really ????? Would never use them again and now Im out $248.51 and there will be 2 empty seats on the day of the show. I only wanted them to give me the number to the seller direct so they could resend or send me something to print. Scam ,scam ,scam....

  They are scammers. The google search resulted in the name of the theatre and did not say GoTickets. I thought I was on the venues site. Once I realized my mistake and saw the price was almost doubled I tried to cancel and they refused statically sales were final. It had been less than 2hrs of when made the transaction and did not have my ticket. There should been no problem canceling my order. I tried to dispute the charge and they are standing on all sales are final.

  Gotickets uses very deceptive practices: including a website that is very similar to the venue or redirects you from the venue website to gotickets website.
  Gotickes charged $246 more than the venue would have. Business refused to give a refund. They suggested we resell our overpriced tickets. Business did offer $150 in store credit which would have but me in place to get over charged again.
  This business is in business to rip people off.
  I would leave a negative score if it were available.

  Worst company ever! Bought tickets over a month ahead of time and received confirmation. Called me 5 hours before the show and told me I didn't have tickets any longer. Offered me crappy seats at 3 times the cost of what they were online. DO NOT USE THEM!

  This website/company is a fraud. Do not use them. Please do not use them. They took my money and gave me the run around. I had an option to pay with paypal which I did but they use paypal to get into your account. Total fraud. Thankfully I called Chase and asked them to stop the payment. I wish I had the option to give minus zero stars.

  I was directed to this company to buy tickets to a venue. The tickets were not available to me for nearly a month after I ordered them. And the price was more than double the actual price of the event. This is a scam and should not be allowed. Do NOT use this company!

  I was trying to go directly thru the vendor and was directed to this website unknowing that I was on it. Purchased tickets to a comedy show spending triple the price. I don't understand I how they can do this, when I realized what had happened I went on the on line chat and was met with no help, I was actually told someone would be on to help me and no one every came back. I filed a complaint with pay pal and got no where as well. I hope people read this before going on this web site.. Please do not go on Go Market Place or Go Tickets if you don't want to lose your money!!! Scammers!!!
