    They were unethical and tried to scam us out of 3k+ after already paying for an international flight. They messed up a name on the boarding pass...said our family member could get stuck in Europe. We contacted the airline, who said this company had previously been flagged as shady and unethical. I would never, ever use them again. Frauds!

    I had purchased a round trip to overseas with AirBusinessClass.com in June 2023 through email and their protection plan promised to reschedule the flight(s) or refund without any fees if the request was done in advance ( I have a voice recording of the sales rep). The original departure flight was in late August, I contacted AirBusinessClass.com in late July to request to change my return flight. They did not respond, and later, the reps stopped communicating altogether and disappeared. As the scheduled departure flight date was approaching in 7 days without hearing back, I warned AirBusinessClass.com's Information and Customer Service by email which was shown on their website. In the warning email, it says that if they did not respond, I would have to dispute the charge. No one responded. Finally, 3 days before the scheduled departure date, I disputed the amount charged by AirBusinessClass.com with my credit card company. I planned this trip in March 2023 but could not go because they did not provide a new return flight and after 4 months, they are not paying back my credit card company, so I had to hire an attorney to demand the payback which is still going on. If anyone knows how to contact AirBusiness.com regarding this kind of matter, please kindly let us know.

    If this is the company using business-class.com, then please read the following: I strongly urge everyone to avoid this Bait-and-Switch company based on the following: I made reservations on business-class.com through flight information I found on Kayak. I immediately received an email reading "YOUR BOOKING IS NOT CONFIRMED The airline(s) did not confirm your seats, but we are actively working on your request and will need a few more hours to secure the booking." I then received an email a few hours later reading "We are reaching out to inform you that the flight you wanted to purchase with us is no longer available because all the cheapest seats in the selected cabin were gone before we could make a reservation under your name." I was surprised as this was for a flight almost 3 months from now. This 2nd email also offered new "deals" at prices greatly in excess of the price posted on Kayak. I immediately canceled the reservations and contacted my bank to block any charges this company might try to make.

    Stranded In Buenos Aires and this company did not care. Airline cancelled tickets provided by Business Class Air due to possible mileage fraud, therefore, would not reimburse our mileage or secure us another ticket. Business Class Air, also would not reimburse us, or provide us means to return home. They promised a voucher, but we have yet to receive it. Their trip insurance is useless- we had to pay out of pocket for our return flights/hotel accommodations. If you plan on using this service, plan on budgeting an additional $10,000.00 for travel home/accommodations while waiting. Buyer beware.

    Very good customer service , promptly respond to any enquiry by email or text or call . Works to find the best price. Usually I bought tickets directly thru airline website , this is first using this service and somewhat apprehensive to give out all personal info for tickets processing . Not always a big discount as advertised . May save a little . Will definitely use this service again
