I had like 6-700$ in my account and I was waiting til it grew bigger to withdraw. It was asking me to verify myself to make the withdrawal, and submit my id and a selfie and as soon as I did, it said I was banned and shit down. I tracked out through email cause there’s NO NIMBER AND got a response saying Ohio was not qualified anymore! I want my money back!!

I deposited my BTC into my Paxful wallet without being required to complete ID verification, and so I have not engaged in any trading or transactions on the platform. I requested to withdraw my deposited BTC and send it back to myself. Paxful Support has told me that I must complete ID verification before I can withdraw or send my crypto. They told me to read the ToS, which I did, and I mentioned the inconsistency in their policy, as ID verification was not required for depositing my BTC, but is mandatory for withdrawals. Paxful Support has stated that using their digital wallet service, which includes STORING, sending, and receiving digital currency, is subject to their Terms of Service and ID verification requirements. I have tried multiple attempts to seek clarification and request reconsideration, Paxful Support has maintained their position and closed the ticket (without my consent or request), stating that completing ID verification is the only option available for me to withdraw my BTC. Thankfully, I have only lost $27 worth of crypto over this ordeal. Lance, you are the worst customer support I have ever talked to.

Paxful always support scammer. I write the negative review to the vendor who took my money and act like I didn't pay him and when I write bad review on the vendor paxful team delete my comments it means they help scammer to scam more people

This website is a breading ground for scams paxful can't understand and should be closed. Hard working people lose their money on here every day even in 2022. Idk why but we can't report users after payment or rerate them so. This site can't be fixed.

I did not receive any email notification when my paxufl account was frozen. It was only when I logged into my paxful account that I found out that it had been frozen. My paxful account had been registered for 3 years and I hadn't made any transactions for a month before it was frozen. And the last few transactions were not disputed. I contacted paxful customer service and they said they had to review my account. But they don't have a timeline. That means they don't know how long they will freeze my account for. Why was my paxful account frozen? Is it because of my previous deposit of a few thousand USDT? That's terrible. So far paxful has frozen my account for a week. I have not been told exactly why or when it will be unfrozen. I don't trust paxful anymore.

I have been a loyal everyday user on Paxful for about 3 years! A couple of days ago there was a professional scammer who tried to rip me off on a high-volume trade and we ended up in a dispute and waiting for the moderator's decision. What happened is that I found my account on hold for 3 months period then I cant withdraw my funds on it and going to be banned after that period for violating TOS which is " Other unusual or high-risk activity. " I lost both the dispute and my 3 years old account. Every time I email the support they reply with an automated email that we cannot accept appeals on accounts status! while the decision taken to close my account is wrong and did not happen as I did not violate any TOS. They just want to hold the money in my account for no reason. I am really upset with what I ended up to after 3 years of almost everyday trader on Paxful with an account of 1k+ positive feedbacks and never got single negative feedback.

I had a horrible experience buying crypto on the platform. I followed all their guidelines and opened a trade with a trader who has previous trades and 5 stars reviews. But the trader has scammed me and simply disappeared with my payment - because Paxful allowed the trader to cancel the trade after I made the payment! As a result, the crypto was released from escrow back to the seller, while my transaction was not refunded. The seller disappeared since then. Paxful does not have a phone number for customer care - and for a good reason - they will just not support you if someone scammed you on their platform. My first notice of the problem was just being ignored for days. When I finally found a way to submit a ticket, the reply I got was not helpful at all. They just stated an obvious that I was scammed on their platform and that there is nothing they would do for me except they would ban the scammer. This is truly unacceptable. First, they should do a much better job filtering out the scammers. Secondly, their platform should be adjusted not to facilitate the scammers, i. e. not to allow escrow release without checking with the buyer first. Thirdly, they should provide more guidance to new users such as myself. Fourthly, they should own this issue and refund my losses. Not only they lost me as a customer, but I truly hate them now because their mediocre platform allowed this scam to happen and because they provided absolutely no support to me.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Paxful. I opened a trade for $200 and followed all their guidelines, only to be scammed by a trader. I received absolutely no support from the company. There is no phone number to call if you are in trouble. I created a ticket with Paxful but they just stated an obvious that I was scammed and that there is nothing they could do besides banning the scammer. Yes, there is something you can do, you can make sure your platform is not used by scammers. You can provide more guidelines to the new users like myself. And you can refund my losses. I'll be submitting a complaint to FinCen and other agencies.
