    I wish I can give them a minus 0 stars.I was paired with this company through my home warranty company (***), I had to pay a non-refundable service fee of $150. They came and diagnosed the same issue as I knew (AC duct broken/unglued/unsealed) and they said they will contact the warranty company to get approval to fix it. 2 weeks pass and they went lost, no response from this "Quick A/C Solutions" at all. Contacted the home warranty company again and they tried 3 times to get a hold of them but they went missing. All of the sudden apparently they responded to the ********************* and sent them a report stating everything was fine in my duct work and nothing was needed, HOW THE ***** I can go and feel with my own hand how air is coming out of the duct connection at the point were the change in cool air temperature vs the attic temperature have created mold around the area! They just dont want to do the work, probably because doesn't get them a high profit vs a big work. Well, I ended up loosing my deposit and also dumped this ********************* because they keep trusting this liars and dont do a second opinion. Bottom line, they just lie as they are a completely untrusted company. Its a shame that Home Warranty companies use them, I guess because they are cheap.

    I was paired with this company through my home warranty company, ***. They came out promptly to diagnose the issue. Once the new unit arrived they were prompt in getting here to install it. However, the 2 techs that installed the until didn't speak a single word of English so when problems occurred, they were unable to communicate it to me. The one tech had to use translator to tell me that they were testing the unit. When I tried enquiring about what was going on they both just kept saying, no English. When I called the office to inquire on what was going on she just said; They're working on the issue. Once they completed the install & left I noticed that my programmable thermostat was no longer able to be programmed. I had to call them back to send a technician out to fix it & it turns out that the installer turned off the programmable feature when he re-wired the unit. Lastly, when you purchase new HVAC systems they typically come with a thermostat. I called the office & she told me that it didn't come with one; however, when I called the company I ordered the unit from they advised that it probably did come with one as that's standard. My guess is that they didn't install the new thermostat because it was a generic one that was not able to be programmed & my unit was an upgrade. But I'll never know for sure.

    Quick AC solutions please don't do business with them. My experience with the office staff was awful not empathetic to anyones situation . They also need to hire technicians that know what they are doing. I had no AC for over 2 weeks in intolerable heat for longer than necessary because their tech put in the wrong parts. After 16 days I still have no diagnosis sent to insurance company American Home Shield and no parts for repair.

    Waited over a week for them to get a compressor from my home warranty company according to their office, so my claim was approved however their office said I had to pay for the Freon. When I told them that my home warranty covers Freon as i have the premium warranty my claim was immediately denied. They tried to claim it was a preexisting condition. This is clearly a scam. The people answering the phone at the home warranty company have no idea about ac systems or if the determination by the ac company even makes logical sense so this company is allowed to make up any excuse to deny a claim and to me it seems clear that they are not happy with whatever deal they have for Freon with the home warranty company. Perhaps a class action law suit is the way to go in order to stop this kind of action im not sure who regulates the combination of these two entities.

    Work not completed. Compressor not installed. Company is holding $625 that was to cover freon that has not been used since they have not installed the compressor. Company does NOT return voice messages or answer phone calls. May 16, 2022 was when the problem was diagnosed by employee Berwyn.

    Hello, We apologize for the wait for you have experienced. Due to the nature of supply lines the time it takes for us to install the equipment is completely dependent on how long it takes to receive the equipment. Your insurance company did not order all the parts that were necessary to complete your repairs. The complete parts were received on 07/06/2022 and you were then bumped to the top of our install list and added to our schedule for an appointment on 07/07/2022 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. As I write your repairs are in progress and will be completed today.
