    They keep billing me (with interest) and sending me late notices via certified letters. I presented them with the last 7 (now 8) years worth of dues assessment requests and the corresponding canceled checks. They do not respond to certified letters or emails requesting to resolve this. This harassment needs to stop!

    I paid my *************** of $400 in one transaction but they took $800 out of my bank account in two separate transactions. I contacted the ********************* and spoke to *****. He was the absolute rudest and most condescending individual I have ever encountered!!! He advised me that my additional payment would be returned in two weeks. I asked why and he stated this is how it works. Not an apology, no accountability, just sassy rudeness. Contacting and resolving issues with this company is almost impossible.

    During an investigation of HOA documents at their office, we were met with such a lack of professionalism by ******* that it appears the issues are more serious than previously thought. Several other employees stepped in to help. These people were both knowledgeable and polite; they did their best to cover for their coworker. Minor issues such as; typos, file naming, organizing, and just a lack of documents loaded to their web site aside, major issues, such as the appearance that approved Board documents are being edited on the fly by this companys representative are concerning. When it was brought to Boards attention at last meeting, ******* was instructed to mute microphone (regular meetings only via zoom) instead of addressing the issue. In fact, ******* appeared to arbitrarily adopt rules to keep homeowners from speaking or adequately informing the Board of issues. ******* does not appear to have the skill set required to do her job. She certainly is not familiar with Florida HOA statutes. Despite repeated requests by various community members to replace ******* with a competent representative, Specialty Management has kept her in place. They show little interest in good service to our community.

    This is NOT a management company.. Rebecca did nothing Josh was fired three months after being hired and now Victoria sucks! I keep asking them what are they going to do to keep the Bella Nova community up, and NO response!! We have not had an HOA meeting in over 3 years, since I moved in here, and nothing is being done to better our community or deal with those ppl that are extremely disrespectful! The parking in this complex sucks, the grass and lawn is not really maintained, everybody is parking three or four cars in front of their houses and doing work on them... Yet the HOA maintenance company doesn't give a damn! It is so frustrating to have to PAY to live here and our management company completely ignores us! No wonder everyone goes whatever they want - there are NP consequences!! I can't believe how HORRIBLE this company is - they should NOT be in business! And Victor needs to be replaced by someone who knows how to manage!

    This company needs to be removed. They just take our money and don't actually provide any service. They don't maintain any of the bylaws set into place and then ignore emails and phone calls. They just collect our HOA fees and designate throughout their company where they deem it worthy for them. We have not had an HOA meeting in over 3 years. It took up until two months ago to even find out who our HOA president is. I had to go to the county to get the bylaws for the community which this HOA management company refuses to uphold. I am literally paying more to live in the ghetto! There is not one thing in the bylaws that is upheld by this company.
    We have called and emailed with very little response or just a "that is not how it works". Our driveway is continuously blocked in by our neighbor. They refuse to let me even speak to our HOA lawyer to start mediation. They also refuse to do anything about it. Dogs are off leash and have attacked us as we walk the neighborhood. Neighbors try to bully and intimidate to keep you off "their" sidewalk when walking the neighborhood. Homeowners are not mowing or maintaining landscape in their yards. Grass and weeds have overtaken certain sections causing tripping hazards on the sidewalk. The are gophers that pop up and the homeowners refuse to sweep/use a leaf blower/something to move the dirt off the sidewalk as well. There are homes with algae growing all over it. People running mechanic shops and appliance refurbishing out of their garage/driveway making their neighborhood crowded and look like white trash. (most of the people here are even white).
    Ultimately we are paying for nothing and the neighborhood has become nothing but trash.

    This company needs to be dismantled. They never respond to emails or voicemails or even answer the phone. They let *** board members get away with murder and allow them to make racist, bigoted comments about residents and use their own personal vendettas to try to put liens on people’s homes and I was just notified that at last night’s board meeting, which none of the residents were told about except for 2 people, they publicly posted and discussed certain residents personal and private information! They make false claims about people not paying their dues yet what are we paying for? They don’t do the upkeep on property that they claim they’re supposed to do, peoples units are falling apart due to construction defect and nothings been done and they never notify the residents about board meetings or give them a chance to speak out on everything that they’ve done wrong. These people are disgusting and I’ll be contacting an attorney to file a civil suit. Shit this place down and get rid of these idiotic board members.

    Sent in application in to the HOA for my handicap mother in laws home we just purchased located in a community which is operated by Specialty management company / Great Communities for a Fence install for her two dog companions which I was told that approval would take 30 days or so. I sent the application on 10/5/22 and called Victoria ********* to verify receipt. Miss ********* was very short and transferd me to Anna Bach who was extremally rude when I asked to check the status of the application. After sending 8 emails to both Victoria M and Anna B and going back and forth and now we are at November 12th well pasted the 30 day mark. Anna **** emailed me and said it was approved on 11/9/22 and that I needed to go in to there web sight and retrieve the letter. Instead of just forwarding the approval they just kept sending reasons why they can't or where I need to go. I went to the web site and was unable to access over and over again. I email both Victoria and Anna and got emails from both saying that it was on my end. I asked for help and got no reply from either. Then I received a email from Kathleen ******* and she said that she wanted me to talk to my customer and get the approval from them. I explained again that it was my customer that it was my mother in law and should be noted in the file. She made a comment prior to reading the file while it was a handicap mother in law, very unprofessional. Now into December 8th, and now over sixty days old. I emailed a Kim ***** another name I got when I called and to speak with a manage, she was not in at the time. asked a couple questions and 12/10/22 I received the approval letter in my inbox. This business is NOT customer service focused and the staff is rude. The reputation from the neighbors was true and I will EVER work with that company again and will continue to share my story. It is a true shame that improving you property has to go through an unmanaged team.

    Wow!!!!! Not a BBB ACCREDITED? This explains why the personal does not return emails or phone calls on a timely basis. New Sod, 95 Degree weather and a sprinker head not placed in by Rob or Jose from *****************, yet they expect me to pay my dues on a timely basis. I would sincerely NOT use them to manage your property. Kim ******, the director of
    property management or Raiford Hall, property management. I feel like I'm bring ignored and have emailed them since 2 months ago. I think I'm being discrinated.
