According to consumer complaint data, this company is charging upfront fees, not providing service, and failing to provide refunds. BBB has received a pattern of consumer complaints alleging consumers make a deposit for services, and when they attempt to cancel and get the deposit returned, All American Mobile Detailing attempts to have them reschedule an appointment rather than issue a refund. Consumers report when they persist in getting their deposit returned, they are told it will be processed, but they state they never receive it. Some consumers also report poor communication with staff regarding late arrivals for scheduled appointments. Consumers also allege that the quality of work is not up to par and have been met with resistance when requesting money back.
On November 22, 2022 BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. The mail was returned.
