On 4/19/24 I scheduled to have my boat detailed on 4/25,I paid 963.53.On 4/24 I got a call asking if I could reschedule because the detailer had equipment trouble,I rescheduled for 5/3 between 9-10am,at 10:45 that date I received a call asking me to reschedule again because of missing parts, I declined to reschedule and requested a refund. I was told no problem, would be refunded within 7-10 days. It has now been 30 days and 4 calls,each time I was told I would receive my refund,still no refund.All I want is my money back. I think a company like this should be made to pay for these kind of thingsInitial Complaint

On March 28th 2024 I contacted All American Mobile Detailing about my car. I was given a quote of $542.74 which needed to be paid in full before service. The date given was April 7th 2024 between 8-9 am. This date was ultimately rescheduled by them later that week due to them having car issues reaching my home.I was given another date for April 14th due to them saying it was going to rain which it did not. I then told them I no longer required their service and needed a refund. I have been trying to get a refund ever since. Calling them on multiple occasions with them saying it is processing. The last person I spoke to was ***** who assured .e I was going to receive my refund two weeks ago which never occured.Initial Complaint

This business is a SCAM!!Car detailing for two cars, to take place on April 29, was prepaid. No one showed up.I called, was offered a refund and was told I would receive the refund in 5-7 days. I have called many, many times (usually a wait of over 30 minutes) and have been promised a call back by a manager. No call back! No refund! All emails have gone answered! Sometimes ** told the refund is in process. I dont even know if this business exists, but WARNING to all! Under no circumstances should you do business with this company!Initial Complaint

I schedule for boat detailing under the Captains' Package to include: vacuum, polish brightwork, compound buff, polish, hull, marine wax. Scheduled for 5/23 and then changed to 5/22 and told there would be a discount for inconvenience. No discount provided. Crew showed up 2 hours late, saying they had to buy "chemicals:" for the job, causing me to cancel existing work appointments. When I arrived near completion, the crew was taking pictures with a pit bull in front of my boat, which was freely roaming my yard with my gate open. I asked to see the "chemicals" or wax used and it was ********* car wax, not boat polish or wax. They left with unpolished areas and dried was on the boat. One of the crew had an ankle bracelet on, so not sure if was a person in violation of the law? Before I could stop payment, my account had been hit with charges. I had left several messages to discuss this with no return call. I spoke to a sales person, who assured me he would escalate to a manager, and still no call. Very dissatisfied with job and had to polish it myself using boat products.Initial Complaint

This business is advertising mobile detailing. They take your home info, name and credit card information. I asked them not to charge my card in advance. They give me the run around when I call. They are not a legit business and are taking information from people. The detailer never showed up.Initial Complaint

On April 24, 2024 I contacted All American Mobile detailing and they scheduled me for Sunday April 28th. They asked for Credit card info and I thought it was to secure the appointment and I stupidly gave it to them. They charged my card right away and then on Saturday called to say that the detailer couldn't make it and they had to cancel. I was leaving on Monday on a trip so I asked them to refund the money and I would think about canceling when I got back. I have reached out numerous times and they told me that customer service would be in touch and they never did. When I call they either hang up or put me on hold and never come back. I should have checked them out before scheduling but I didn't. I am starting a dispute with my credit card company to see if they can stop the payment or get me a refund.Initial Complaint

I am reporting in regards to a detail service that I was supposed to receive on May 22th at 5pm that never occurred. I originally booked my appointment on may 9th for an Interior deep cleaning service and billed for $309 dollars. I called on May 23rd at 9am in regards to getting my money refunded due to a lack of services. I was advised by a representative that I would receive that emailed confirmation of my cancellation at 10am. I called again around 3pm and a representative told me that they would look into my request. I was placed on hold for another 20 minutes and was hung-up on. I recalled, was placed on hold for 30 minutes and was hung up on again. I am simply trying to gather an emailed confirmation of my cancellation and refund for my personal record. I no longer want any business with this company. Any additional information is greatly appreciated.Initial Complaint

I booked a detailing service on 3/11/2024 and paid a 50% deposit on the day I booked the appointment. I paid $177 over the phone. I decided to cancel the service and emailed the sales representative (named *********************) on 3/06 to cancel. I called the office on 3/09 after I did not hear from ****************. I spoke with a customer service representative on the 9th and she cancelled the service and told me I would be refunded with in 10 business days. I have yet to be refunded. I have emailed their general office email, ************************* email, as well as called numerous times to ask for a refund of my deposit. On 5/13/2024, I called the office for the final time and waited on hold for an hour. I googled the company today and found its profile on BBB which documents countless instances of fraud. In addition to this complaint, I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's *************************** I am attaching all the attempts I have made to contact them via email.Initial Complaint

I received a gift certificate for a premier ****************** with All American Mobile Detailing.Appt. #1. - Canceled-detailer forgot to call in sick. 4/26/24 Appt.#2. - Canceled-long note about detailed having Covid,4/29/24 Appt. #3. - Canceled with exact message from last time. 5/7/24 Appt. #4. - Canceled-accidentally scheduled a detailer that lived out of state. 5/13/24 Interesting is that after each call, I was told they would try to find a replacement and theyd get back to me. Never happened, no phone call..nothing.Appt. #5. - Just didnt show - 5/21/24 Not sure what to do. To hear their recording it sounds like a big company that details everything.Im really just wanting my car detailed.OR money returned to buyer of gift certificate. Mostly my car detailed.Ive emptied my van every time to be ready. Waited out the window of time for arrival, every time. *** spent an incredible amount of time on hold as well as talking to people to square my situation.I just dont know how to proceed.Thank you for your time and effort in helping me solve this.*********************
