Upon Scheduling, the detailer whom was assigned to this job marked the job as completed in doing so this sent a text message to the client stating that the job had been completed. We rescheduled the job for 3/29/22 and assigned a new detailer to the job, it was upon this booking that the desired address with which the job was to be completed at was changed. We rescheduled the job for 3/31/22, and our detailer did not show to the job. Client filed BBB Complaint on 4/1/22. We are now unable to process a refund or render services as client Disputed charge on 4/4/22. Our AAMD Accounting team has verified that client has received their initial payment. Once a Client disputes a charge we are unable to process a refund as we let the dispute go through so client can receive their initial payment.       I scheduled a detailing service for March 14, 2022. I was charged a total of $268.71. On March, 11, 2022, the company called and cancelled the service citing that my location is no longer being serviced. I was told a refund would be processed in the next few days. It is now March 25, 2022. I have called three times and emailed twice. Every time I have been told my refund will be processed the same day. Currently, I have yet to receive a refund, and I'm not sure what else to do.

      On 2/19/22, I contacted all American mobile detailing in order to schedule a detail service- "Car Perfect Interior" for 3/4/22. I verified that they perform detailing services in Chino Hills, California. After receiving a couple of calls regarding pre-payment for the service, I paid the $132.41. They stated that there would be a detailer at my home between the hours of 4 and 5 PM. I left work early after calling in to confirm that my appointment was still on, especially since I hadn't heard anything else. The representative insured me that my appointment was still set for that day. So, after no one came to perform the detailing services for my vehicle, I was really upset because it was going to be sold the next day. I sent an email to their customer service and let them know what happened.When I called AAMD on 3/7/22, I was finally able to speak with Shelly, a supervisor who apologized, stated that they used independent contractors locally and often times they were unreliable, and know that she would process a refund and I would receive an email confirmation. She further stated I would receive an additional email confirmation once the refund has been issued and submitted to the bank. After I did not hear anything further, I called again 3/14/22 and Shelly further stated that she would expedite my refund and I should receive it by 3/18/22. On 3/18/22, I called and spoke to another representative and they informed me that the notes in the system stated that my refund was expedited and should be received by 3/18/22. He didn't stated that he would put another note on the system. I have waited and been patient. It is clear that they have not made any effort to refund me for the services I scheduled, but never received. Please assist me to receive my refund.

      i had my truck detailed and it was suppose to have a pressure washer done, a full body hand wax and was told it would take at least 3 hours maybe longer. i thought wow must be a great job taking that long, they text me at noon saying on their way they get here at 4:17 and leave at 530 anyway i had to leave for work and and went out to see how it was going ( i leave at 430 thats why i scheduled it 1-3 incase it took that other hour they still be done at 4. when i went out he said his power washer didnt work and he needed to take my truck to car wash WHAT'?? i can do that but i had to leave so i gave him my keys, you will see in video he didnt wax my truck he dumped all the wax on ground and it was way to cold anyway they should have rescheduled it! the inside is horrible,when i email them to see how to leave a review they wont let me.i would think they would have to let me show my pictures and give review anyway i would like all my money back as he didnt so anything even the inside is horrible and he didnt clean bed of truck like he said he did there is still trash in there. attaching videos and pictures and hope i have room to attach all. this is very very wrong and they should be stopped i dont know how he put a dent in top of hood maybe because it was to cold but him doing this as a job he should have known it was to cold to do it.i have video of him dumping the wax but i cant get it to download but i can always send it via text if i have a number to send it to, but i did get a snap shot of it and you can see but the video is much better.. i have many more photos the comapny name is all american mobile detailing.he couldnt even part it back in same spot lol HE NEVER should have driven my truck and i know i shouldnt have given him my keys but i was on my way to work and didnt have time to argue. inside was suppose to look like brand new and it not even close floors not shampooed like it said they were .. everything he checked off on this paper is NOT done

I honestly dont mind paying for item i recieve, they took 300 and wasnt not suppose to charge me until we all signed off on the paper and i never signed off on it so they never should have charged me.       On February 4th of 2022 I paid a deposit amount of 52 dollars for a service that was supposed to be done on the 8th. The day of supposed service, no one showed up, called or text me. After an hour with no communication i called to get my refund of the deposit. They said they would process it and be 5-7 days. Ive called every Tuesday after the 8th concerning the refund, with the same response of we'll process it. Its now March 14th and still have not received my refund.

      I contacted All American Mobile Detailing through their website scheduling system on 8/26/21 to have my car detailed on 8/28 at 8AM. The same day they called me back & said they could not do it on 8/28 but could do it on 09/02 at 2PM. I agreed to that appt & scheduled a 2nd appt at the same time for 9/10 at 11AM since I wanted to have my car waxed twice before the fall/winter weather. On 8/31 they called & cxld the 9/02 appt but said they could keep the 9/10 appt. On 9/6 they called & cxld the 9/10 appt & rescheduled for 9/09. On 9/9 they called and canceled the appt and asked to reschedule for 9/15. On 9/14 they emailed and cxld the 9/15 appt and asked to reschedudule for 9/27. On 9/15 I requested that the I be refunded my money and I did not want to reschedule again. I originally paid $318.45 for 2 appts on 8/26/21. They partially refunded me $153.12 on 8/31/21 and $31.84 on 9/9/21. They still owe me a refund of $133.49. They have not answered my emails or answered my phone calls. I tried to dispute it through my credit card but they somehow state that they have not violated the terms or conditions of the contract. Nowhere on their website does it state that you will not refund the prepaid amount if they are unable to do the work. When I made the original appointments, I was not told it was non-refundable. They never did any work on my vehicles and therefore are due no money from me but I deserve back a refund from them. I believe they are running a prepaid scheme in hopes of stealing the clients money by constantly cancelling or trying to reschedule the work.

      I am rejecting this response because:  You never fully paid back my refund.  You only partially paid it back and fought me and my credit card company on the rest of it.  I do not want a gift card.  I want my money back.  I reported this to BBB so other people would be aware of your illegal tactics of charging for a service, not doing the work on several different occasions, and then only doing a partial refund when I requested a full refund because you never came to my home and performed any services on my vehicle.  On 8/26/21you originally charged me $318.45 and on 8/31/21 only refunded $ ****** and on 9/9/21 only refunded $31.84.  You still owe me $133.49 which I will accept as a check mailed to my ********, ***** address.

      I am rejecting this response because:  You have not listed who the gift card is from.  Is it only for your companies' services?  If so, I am not interested since I had such a horrible experience with your firm and would never want to go through that again.  I will accept a **** or Mastercard gift card that I can use somewhere else.  If not, you can issue me a check.  I don't believe you are unable to issue refunds, because you're a business who would have a checking account to pay your bills.  You have a check book and should be able to issues a refund through your business checking account.
