      I bought an auto detail through them. They rescheduled 3 times because of short staff. After they cancelled a third time I asked for a refund. They told me someone would be in touch to give me a refund. It's been 2 weeks and they won't return my money. I've called and emailed constantly looking for an update. Nobody will tell when or how I'll get my refund.

      I called and ordered a boat detail package for $584.16 on 11/5/21. The work was to be performed on 11/10/21. Late in the day on 11/10/21 it had not been started. I contacted the company and requested the service be canceled. They offered to do it the next day which was not possible nor something I wanted. I asked if a credit was possible and was told yes it was. I asked for the credit and was assured it would be issued. To date I have made one phone and one written request. To date I have not received the credit. The bill is now due on my credit card. Your assistance in this matter will be appreciated.

      I paid all American Mobile detailing $385 to detail my Ford f150,made an appointment to have the work done, and they took my money and never showed up to do the job. When I finally got in touch with someone, they took my name and phone number to forward to a manager, and I have not heard from anyone since.

      I paid $132.41 for (Perfect Interior Detail) the guy came to my home on 11/20/21, at 2:10pm and finished at 3:19,the company explained the the job should take about 2 and 1/2 hours to finish, he vacuumed my car, wiped down surfaces and half way cleaned my windows, he neglected to shampoo my car seats and car rugs/mats which is a major part of the package, I signed his receipt upon completing, by this time the sun was going down and the seats appeared clean, I did not drive my car until Sunday afternoon, that is when I discovered that it was not shampooed at all, this was in the sunlight, I emailed them with pictures of his neglected work on 11/22/21, nobody called me or emailed me back, I called them on 11/23/21, the office person promised me a redo and scheduled it for 11/29/21 between 9:30 and 10:30am, I was the called at 9:48am on 11/29/21 and was told the work will not be done at all, I asked for a refund , I was rejected, I want a refund.

      In my response to their proposal, they saying I may have been given a refund already, and in the same paragraph they say they will offer a form of refund, I can not agree to both, I would just like a refund. I have not received any form of refund as of yet.

We would have loved to solve the problem with the client, but unfortunately we no longer have that option. There was no holiday and they continued to put my appointment off and would not answer the phone when I attempted to cancel. They simply refused to refund the money. I had to file a complaint with my bank. They were found to be fraudulent which led to my bank opening an investigation which resulted in the bank issuing the money back to me.

      On October 13, 2021 I made a detailing appointment with All American Mobile Detailing (hereinafter "AAMD") to have my new car detailed on October 15, 2021. This appointment was then immediately confirmed via e-mail. On the day of service, AAMD contacted me to cancel. I requested a full refund and was told I would get one within 7-business days. This did not happen. Since Oct. 15th, I have called five (5) times to ask the status of my refund. Nearly every time I am told management "is in a meeting." The one time I was successful and able to speak to someone who addressed themselves as a manager, Mike, he ensured me that he would personally walk my refund to finance and that I will receive it within 7-business days. That was on Nov. 2, 2021 and I still have no received my refund. I called again today, November 17, 2021, and was again told management was "in a meeting."

      I made an appointment to get tar removed from my vehicle, the guy came and was not able to remove the tar, his process removed the top coat on my car. Repeated calls to the company have taken hours on the phone, no one has returned my calls in over 2 weeks. I want a refund. They refuse to answer all of my emails. I have gotten a few emails from them but the problem isn't fixed and now I have the top coat coming off my car. I have called and waited 25 minutes for them to pick up, my last call was an 1:18 long. I think they see my number and refuse to answer. When they do answer, I ask for Keri or Savannah they are the ones supposed to be handling my case, they are either out of the office or in a meeting. They will call me back in 15 minutes. I have called everyday they are open since November 4 and can't get to talk to either of them. I want a refund, an apology would be nice too. But I want a refund. I now have damage to the vehicle where I just had a bunch of tar before but now I have both.

I was refunded by my credit card company, however due to the business's poor quality of service, very poor customer service, and the amount of time I put into trying to get the service I paid for, I feel that they should reimburse my credit card company. The only response I got back from them was when I made a review of their company on ****** and they asked me to call them. They have my number I shouldn't have to call them, I already spent over 8 hours on the phone trying to get in touch with them. They should have called me.

      Middle of August called All American Mobile Detailing to come to my work place to detail my car. They scheduled a appointment and charged my card $132.41. 2 days before they cancelled appt and rescheduled. That appt was also cancelled and rescheduled. The next rescheduled date no one showed up. I called and rescheduled another appt. They didn't show up for that one either. I called back and they wanted to reschedule another one but I said no I wanted my money back. I was asked if I wanted a coupon to use when they can someone in the area. I said no I just wanted my money refunded. I was told I would receive an email in 2-3 days when my card was refunded. I have called 4 more times and they have told me the same thing except they won't refund my money.

      On August 31, 2021 I scheduled an appointment online for a complete mobile detail with ceramic coating for September 15, 2021 at 8:00 am. The company immediately sent a text confirming my appointment and within 2 minutes contacted me via phone to confirm the appointment and retain my credit card information for the appointment. The same day they charged my credit card in the amount of $1000.31 for a service that was being billed at $899.00. I assumed they only wanted my CC info to hold the appointment. I emailed and called them about this charge. The manager was supposed to review the recording and call me back. This never happened. I waited and called again, this time to cancel the appointment and asked for my CC to be credited the $1000.31. The tried to get me to accept a gift certificate and I said no I wanted my CC credited. I waited a few days for the credit then emailed and called again. I was assured that my CC would be credited by 09/14/2021.

      On 7/12/21 I scheduled for a detailing service that I needed completed immediately. I scheduled the appointment and paid $111.27. The day of the appointment no one showed up, I then received a phone call that they needed to reschedule. I rescheduled, only for them to do the same. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled once again but they again didnt show up. I called and asked for a refund since the service was never complete and I no longer wanted to work with the company, they acted like this wasnt an issue and that I would receive my refund in a few days, this was two months ago. I never received my refund and I have tried reaching out to the company but never get a response.
