    My bill has always been around $100 but I received a bill for $1052 and discovered that there was a leak that I repaired immediately upon discovering it. They refused to credit any amount of money although the leak was nothing to do with me. so Im stuck paying $1052 for one month worth of water

    We mailed payment from the post office on July 7th. As of July 19th our payment has still not been posted. This has happened many times, but we never have problems with any other company, so it is not a postal problem. I think they use a third party to take care of payments. It is unacceptable that it often takes more that two weeks to post a payment.

    Contacted this company in August to inquire about have services started. Never really spoke with anyone to explain how the service worked on my commercial property. We just opened this month. Grand opening is 12.10.2022. I received multiple bills of $450 to the sum of $1500 due. I have spoken with supervisors and professionals that were sent to the property to investigate and neither can explain why I'm receiving bills and the place was not open. While on the phone with the supervisor, the phone hung up on there end and they never even called me back.

    My family recent sold our house on Dec 22, 2021 at ************************************** We were completely moved out of the house on Jan 7, 2022. We paid our final bill and was given a refund on overpayment. 5 months later, we received a bill at the new address saying we owed from mid January until mid February since they still had an open account at the time. They also tacked on a late payment fee since the bill hadn't been paid. The letter stated that we have no disputed the amount so we are assumed to agree with it. I had not received any notification by mail, email or phone prior to this notification, therefor, no ability to dispute the charge. I contacted the company and spoke to ***, a supervisor who said since they had an open account, it does not matter who was actually responsible for the home or its water since my name was on their open account. She said the bill will stand and she would not do anything about it, that i would have to pay it in full. She said the new owner has no responsibility for the water in the house that he/she owns since they had not closed out my account yet.
