      Please see attached document and pictures. Cee Bee came out 3 times to identify and fix the ac unit. They determined a new high pressure switch needed to be replaced because it was leaking. While doing that the tech broke the board. He had to alter and bypass the board to get my unit to run. This was a simple fix; all they had to do was install the switch and plug it into the board and check the coolant. Instead they broke the board and when I questioned it, I was told "that happens sometimes and the customer is responsible for the cost to replace this". I disagree with this as it was working prior to them installing the switch. I sent a certified letter and 2 emails and I am being ignored. I have disputed the credit card charge until this is rectified. Cee Bee came out a total of 3 times. I have asked several times for receipts listing a breakdown of the repair as well as the receipt for the second visit. I have yet to receive anything. They take the credit card right away but do not provide a receipt. This is not how a company should do business. I want the defrost board that the company broke while installing the high pressure switch replaced with a brand new board and put all the wiring that was bypassed back on the board correctly. The way it is now is not going to fully protect my unit as the board is designed to do. If the unit wasn't supposed to come with this board, the manufacturer would not have put it in. I also want the high pressure switch fully replaced or a new end put on it so it can be plugged correctly into the new board. I also want the unit's coolant rechecked. I paid for a professional job and didn't get one. If they refuse to replace this board I want a full refund for the entire job (3 visits) $886.94 because I also had to take off from work 3 different times and the repair is still not done. I want to be able to hire another company to rectify this problem correctly if Cee Bee refuses to take care of this.

      I purchased a mini-split system from Cee Bee a couple of years ago and mold starting growing on the walls, inside my closets on the ceiling, bed posts....virtually everywhere. I called for them to check the system multiple times and was told "working fine" "You've got moisture intrusion from somewhere else" I have installed a metal roof, as well as high efficiently storm windows, had the outside of the house stripped, sealed and painted and this mold still continued. My house is only 900 square feet, i have to run 3 portable dehumidifiers and two air purifiers 24/7. NOT ONE DROP of water comes out of the drain from any of the 3 mini splits. Recently, I talked with Mitsubishi, brought in an engineer, and another AC company who told me basically the same thing. They installed a 3.5 ton unit and this house only needs a 2 ton unit, maybe less because of the shade. They never ran a heat load calculation or the person who did it was incompetent. The until is only a few years old and the entire system must be replaced. My electric bill has increased more than 40% since these were installed, my house constantly smells musty, I have to pay people to come by and drain the dehumidifiers when I travel. Why not install a whole house dehumidifier? It won't pull from all the rooms correctly and mold will still grow on the walls, additionally, it will still cause the air units to run well above capacity continuously causing my electricity to be well above what it should be....I should have actually gone down with the installation. I want CB to replace these units promptly or I will use other recourse to rectify this situation. Before I figured this out, they were at my home 1/2 a dozen times to tell me "not our fault, you got more going on here buddy" Eventually, they stopped returning my calls....someone needs to call me and resolve this.

      UPDATE:
      After submitting my review, a representative from Cee Bee Air promptly reached out to me. They arranged for multiple technicians to visit my home over several months until the issue was ultimately resolved. They acknowledged that there had been a service failure and advised me that I should have escalated the matter to management earlier for a swifter resolution. I'm pleased to report that the units are now effectively extracting moisture from our home and operating as expected.
