Never do business with Beachfront Realty and be very careful of any contract you sign with them. They are also hurting a disabled Veteran and his family with their shady practices!Agents ************************ and *****************************, together with broker ***********************, have caused us nothing but problems!! We gave them an exclusive listing agreement and they lied to us about a fair asking price, about how much we would need spend on a new home and about how we had 60 days to cancel the agreement. The next day they wanted us to reduce the asking price by $250K and increase our new home purchase budget by $150K. But 30 days into the contract we had had no showings, no open houses, no other marketing materials and nothing but promises. We canceled the listing agreement and after a heated telephone call with the broker, ***********************, she sent us a fake cancellation (a document titled Cancel Listing but it just withdrew our listing from the ***** After many months she has still has not cancelled the listing agreement, even though she withdrew the listing from the *** and stopped working to sell our house. This is stopping us from selling with a new agency.*********** acted like the main agent but she does not work for Beachfront Realty and was directing her niece, *****************************, who is a very new agent with no experience, and neither are familiar with this area and the properties in our area. ************ implied they were partners but she actually works for Transworld Business Advisors, but we now know agents can only legally work for 1 broker. If we had understood this we would never have listed a +$1.0M house with them.. We asked them about the new laws concerning listing agreements and they refused to discuss it, so we asked our friend, another realtor, and they threatened her license, simply for talking to us, and then lied to us about it, denying any knowledge even though ******* sent the threatening email!! We lost all trust after that.

************** has opted to distort the facts regarding the listing of his property. Every false claim and blatant lie in his review has already been addressed directly with him but I will gladly summarize the details below:

*******, an agent with Beachfront Realty, conducted a listing presentation and secured a valid, executed listing agreement with Mr. *** ***************, to sell their home. ******* is extremely professional, and while meeting with the ******, she discussed price and terms, reviewed comparable sales, the challenges of the current real estate market, and commissions. This agent behaved professionally and communicated with both Sellers when taking the listing. She took photos and then hired a professional photographer as soon as ************** expressed dissatisfaction with the original photos. Shortly after the for sale sign was installed in the yard,  a neighbor who happens to be a licensed Realtor, approached the Sellers, and proceeded to make negative comments about the photos and claimed that ******* was charging too much commission, etc **************** wife recalled these comments to her friend, ************************, who is ******** aunt, and from that point on, ************** has been on a mission to cancel the listing. At my suggestion, ******* sent an email to the neighbors real estate ****** explaining the neighbor's unprofessional behavior and that her interference was quite damaging. The Broker said hed deal with it, but the damage was already done.

After that, the ****** were relentless in their claims that ******* did not perform well which is absolutely false. Once they made up their minds that they wanted to cancel the listing and they no longer allowed her to show the property.

I explained on multiple occasions to ************** that he was defaulting on the contract by not allowing ******* to do her job. I would not agree to cancel the listing because our contract is valid and I have every intent on supporting my agent who did nothing wrong. I explained that we would send him a withdrawal agreement if he refused to allow her to show the property but that we would not cancel the listing so he would be unable to list the home with another agent. He angrily told me that we ruined his relationship with his neighbor since writing to the neighbor's broker. I explained that his neighbor is a Realtor and is guided by a Code of Ethics and her interference of our listing was a violation of that code. For me, this is a matter of principle.

I sent him a Status Change form which is a standard form through the ***** of ********* clearly marked Withdrawn (not cancelled) like I explained on the phone, he signed it and returned it. I then changed the status in the *** so it didnt appear as an Active listing in the ***. I was clear about what I would do and never faltered in my explanation or action.

Beachfront Realty has been in business for nearly 30 years and we value professionalism and ethics. I would never hold on to a listing if my agent didnt perform well but that is simply not the case here and I think its quite important that I support ******* or any other agent that performs their jobs the way they are supposed to.

************** is angry and has now decided to go on a smear campaign, writing bad reviews about Beachfront Realty, everywhere he can. I cant stop him but I will not cave to this behavior. Its simply wrong.

I appreciate your time in reading my response and I ask that you dont publicly post his reviews since they are absolutely inaccurate.

      Thank you!
