I VISITED the store located on the second level of ************* in ***** ******* and made a purchase of approximately ******** I bought a pair of shoes, several blazers and pants and shirts on the second day of using them. The pair of shoes I bought had the soles come off and one of the pants began to come apart, my wife went to the store in person to request a change of shoes and the owner said he was not going to change them. I had my purchase receipt marked with December 8th and the person that he had used the shoes was an animal and that for that reason the shoes had broken I told him that they had only used the shoes one night and half a day the next day and the shoes broke that they should please change them and they refuse to change the shoes the only thing they say is that they can repair them which doesn't seem fair to me I want them to give me a refund or exchange the shoes for a new ones
