    I was on a sliding scale, i was told THERE WOULD BE NO FEE/CHARGE for the test, these idiots have messed this up, Tamika at Belleview has SWORN 5 yes FIVE times she had it resolved since 4/6/22, she has lied to my face 5 times..she blames the location the test was sent to, she blames the test provider. and the doctor....Tasnki NEVER FOLLOWED through, now Labcorp is attacking my credit, IT IS ALL I HAVE LEFT and Tamika is ruining it through her lazyness. I WAS ON A SLIDING SCALE, I owe nothing labcorp says HoF sent them the bill; HoF must resolve it. invioce ********** also ************

Consumer Response /* (4200, 16, 2022/09/08) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) as usual their reply is a LIE, they have not contacted me directly as their reply states they will--as of 9-7-22 10:23 am. BBB should make sure all users read this complaint so they can get adequate health care at a qualified facility. heart of florida-belleview is not a caring or quality location, they lie- then lie about their lies... BEWARE ALL THISE SEEKING HEALTH CARE, go anywhere else. SINCERELY****** *******
