  The heart of Florida health located in the ******* location have a horrible costumer service. Besides *************** having diferentes moods, one day shes nice and helpful and another day shes not helpful and treaters you bad like shes mad at whatever you say, the front lady is super rude and careless. I have seen several patients arguing with the from lady for being rude and careless but Ill say 2 of my personal experience. One day she started blowing air almost in my face through the window glass with some papers super rude and told me that my perfume was too strong and I should stop warning it. This morning I took me daughter to see *************** and the front lady gave me 9 pages paper work to filled out, I told her that all my daughters information was the same that I couldnt filled out those nine pages because I have a condition in my hands that I cant hold a pen or close my fist if she could help me filled it out or I can take the paper with me and bring it back the same day, she said no that I will have to reschedule. I asked her to talk to **************** that she knows about my condition because shes treating me for that, she went back, and when she came back, she told me that if I dont feel those pages, my daughter cannot be Seeing . I asked to speak with a supervisor. My daughter is already missing school and Ive been waiting for this appointment for the past two months. She called the supervisor hide almost under the desk so I couldnt hear what she was telling the supervisor. She told me she was going to give me the supervisors number because she didnt want me to touch the office phone. These people at this office are careless and inhumane. Starting with the white short hair very skinny old lady at the front window.
